Are you sure you're not jerking off too much? I used to jerk off a lot, and I had the same problem. I do it a lot less now and I'll usually cum, unless the lady is horrible at it.

Maybe the women who've done it for you aren't good at BJs? I've found that there's a lot of women out there who are pretty bad at them.
