I thought about that I don't think they will bother with me. I live in a tiny studio apartment without even a microwave. My TV is a little 19" piece of shit and I have a little ikea sofa to sit on. Actually my whole apartment is furnished with Ikea or Target stuff. The most valuable thing that she could have seen is my Mac Mini. I'm kind of hoping that the criminal element will not think it's worth it to break into an apartment for a MAC mini. I do have a A/V receiver with decent speakers. But I'm really hoping that when she looked around she concluded that all my stuff is cheap shit and it's not worth it to ever come back.

The fire escape that could be used to break in is clearly visible to 2nd avenue and there is a lot of traffic there. I live in a walkup so there is no security. Had an odd experience in NYC, still not sure what was going on.
