I think there a bunch of threads around here on China. I was there, but did not really game per se. My impression from everything that I have read is that World Game would probably work well (i.e. confident beta). You do not need DC-style all-out assault game.

I can only speak for Shanghai, the local game I saw worked like:

1. Go to high class establishment
2. Spend a lot of money on bottles
3. Be really high energy
4. Point and call out girls to come talk to your table

I think all of the threads about China are about how Westerners get laid. Basically how to maximize their "foreign" for the sake of local pussy.

The local game goes like this:

Go to Starbucks located in an expat neighborhood. Pull up a Mac, ipad, or just fiddle with your iphone. Within an hour at least one Chinese chick will open you. And they speak English, and come there for a reason.

How do local middle-class Chinese (As opposed to ABCs, BBCs) run game in China? I've honestly never met a non-westernized middle-class Asian run serious game during my stint in Hong Kong and Saigon. A lot of them tend to get friend zoned. The ones (from new money families) that do rely on flaunting their money around and for those that can't afford to...tough shit. They rely on social circles hooking each other up. If the night fails for them then they're satisfied with going to a KTV (Karaoke) bar and buying a hooker there.

Anyway, I can tell you how a Chinese guy ran game on a Chinese girl I know, but it was in US. I imagine it would be similar.

It was social circle. He would do lots of nice things for her, agree with everything, try and hang out a lot. About two weeks after all this he kissed her in a bus stop. It proceeded from there and he became more of an asshole after the bang. They dated for a year.

West Indian is a term for Caribbeans generally used in Britain or countries conversant with British terminologies as Pdog says. Archie could be anyone though from the Caribbean. The common thought is that West Indians are black but they can be white, chinese, Indian etc. I think it comes from the fact that Columbus thought he was in Indian when he sailed out and came upon the Caribbean. honestly, they really dont. Most hookups are via social circle or student life. Romantic exchanges move at a snail's pace especially if you are a native Chinese. Asian cultures have this "face and saving face" concept which doesn't apply to foreigners.

That being said, just being high status and flirting w/random girls who you come across. When i was 14, my mom and I vacationed in Beijing. I, being a foreigner, could easily mingle with both high and low class chinese (rank/status matters little to a kid in the USA). But i got verbally bashed by one of the mothers for bringing around "a low class person".

As to how that ties in, basically the rich are v. rich and they like to spend like no tomorrow. I would tag along on these trips. It would be a group of 3-4 14 year olds who get separate rooms from parents and we would play pranks on all the hottie hotel staff. These girls(16-24) would love it and "invite" themselves into our rooms to hang out and what not. Knowing what I know now, this was basically a layup.

In short, players in China play the "elderly game" to save face and then escalate rapidly in private. Money and status are king. Looks dont hurt. The competition is so poor because of heavy communist regime which really discouraged pre-marital sex/promiscuity. China is undergoing a sexual revolution for the last 10 years. This generation just starting to slut up in Beijing. Shanghai/Hong-Kong i dont know.

Night game is easy if you know Mandarin or Cantonese depending on where you are. It's easy to open up girls in a Club as long as you know their language.

You don't have to be rich, but you'd better be well-off as most Chinese girls regard financial stability extremely important. If you're poor, most girls won't consider you.

Look is important unless you're filthy rich.

How did I miss this thread? I am currently in China, and here is my take from a white foreign perspective, seeing how it's done here;

1) Develop and cultivate a decent social circle; social circle is clutch. Given the ridiculous betatude they display, I have to imagine that a lot of their 'game' comes from family connections and social circles.

2) Scale back the hard-as-fuck alpha routine; you get much farther with a nice smile and a little bit of effort than a cold edge and aloofness with the women here. The hard-as-fuck Alpha isn't really a Chinese thing; the girls don't go after bad guys because he's 'interesting' or 'I can fix him!'; they go after the guy that can give them the best deal on their end.

3) All that said, I think the Chinese guys that are slaying mad ass here are probably guys with bread who travel a lot and pay for it.

4) I do, however, know one guy who seems to be a player; he is tall, dresses well, makes a ton of money, has to travel a lot and he speaks both Chinese and English, he is always making girls giggle and smile and ganking numbers whenever we go out, though I don't know his follow-up rate. Take from that what you will.

5) Money is king; China scores fairly high on the busted dudes test. I'll never forget in the summer, at the gas station, I see a yellow Ferrari pull up and out of the passenger side steps out this flat crazy model-looking type with perfect everything. The driver was probably in his 40's, maybe 5'3 and with a visible paunch able to be seen under his jacket.

Absolutely.

Also I can't stress enough how important it is to know the local language. Ever small amount of effort which you put into learning the language could increase your chance of opening up girls exponentially and help your social circle game. From my personal experience : I speak broken-ass Spanish yet it helped tremendously in Colombia and Cuba.
