Alright let me be exactly correct. White skin is a huge DHV. Thanks to the Spanish conquering the Philippines 500 years ago. They look at white skin and see status. Docta Who I disagree with you. Being a white guy does have its major advantages in the Phils, more than just for financial reasons.
