So lately, I've been learning the hard way, the extent that logistics in a given environment can make or break a situation.

Today, on the bus, a girl i wanted to approach got on. There was no way b/c of logistics, to approach on the bus. And of course, eventually, she got off at her stop.

I was trying to think of what I could've done differently and it seems like the only thing I could've done is get off at the same stop as her (even though it wasn't really my stop) and then approach..

Any thoughts on that? Getting off at a stop that's not yours, to approach a girl (you're really attracted to)? I'm thinking now that I probably could've pulled it off...

you never know if you "could have pulled it off", that is non factual. What you could is try, which you didn't.
If I find a girl and the logistics demand I get out of my way, it adds to the excitement.
Of course, she has to be a 9.00 or more.

Many approaches could go in these circumstances: I would have followed to her stop, then out of the bus look lost and ask her for directions on how to get from there to some place, if you don't know the area, invent the names, as long as you have an excuse to talk and sound convincing that you are not following her and being a potential creep.
As with any girl related circumstance, initial approach is king to descipher where things will go. Worst thing that can happen is she completely counters your approach and you have to wait the next bus in the opposite direction.

Next time get off and approach without hesitation. You'll be a stronger man for it no matter what happens. I used to do this stuff all the time when I was younger (16-22), I would drive by a bus stop, see a cutie, park my car, go say whats up, sometimes even give her a ride, sometimes get shot down right away. Or i would be driving, see a girl ON A BUS, drive 2 stops ahead, park my car, get on the bus, ask if i could sit with her, try to get a #, get off, walk back to my car. One time, I was at a red light, right next to a bus, a cutie and I made eye contact and starting flirting, I "motioned" with my hand for her to get off the bus, she got off at the next stop, she opened the door on the passenger side of my car and said "you better drive me all the way to South City", I said no problem, we hooked up the next weekend and dated for 6 months. Logistics are very, very important in this type of stuff. Thats why its important to not hesitate if you get your chance. Even if you risk embarresing yourself, you gotta strike like a cobra. I've learned to just "force" logistics sometimes. Girls like that "fuck it" attitude.

I'm all in favor of approaching every attractive woman that you see, but, sometimes you gotta let one or two go.

If you are on the bus, it stands to reason that you have somewhere to go. There will probably be girls there, too.

Don't beat yourself up over one you missed.

Another way to look at it. If a girl is extremely HOT enough that you will have a post mortem on this board looking for ways to ease the pain of losing a potential sex kitten: APPROACH YOU FOOL!!!!!

If you can say to yourself, that it's no big deal if she gets away, then do what you can, and Ill quote another player on this forum "easy come, easy go"!!!


You get no sympathy from me man! APPROACH like a fool, I doubt you are a heart surgeon with someones life on the line if you were not performing surgery and every minute counts! You were a slave to the time schedule of a bus! Get off and approach you fool!

Who cares what the outcome is!!!

Let this one be a lesson to you man! I'd rather be lost for 10 mins, than beating myself up for days looking fir comfort from you guys because I failed to open!

No, I'm not beating myself up (too much) or looking for comfort...

I just like to try to contemplate what I could've done differently in new situations, for the the next time that it might occur, so that it's not a wasted opportunity to learn

Agreed. The busses only come by every 30 minutes here. I'm not getting off the bus hoping my game works on this chick, and if not waiting in the cold another 30 minutes for another bus. I would rather just wait and approach the next girl in line.
