I think Spain has a lot of advantages.
-Lots of tourists
-Cheap, if you know how to do it
-Great infraestructure (Highways, Airports)

Locations
- Ibiza (renting a large place in an all the year contract and then renting out an extra room during the summer, could pay back your rent)
- Barcelona. Turism year round. Business and networking opportunities. Inconvenients of large city.
-Marbella/Malaga

-Granada

Regarding appearance of native girls Thessaloniki no doubt.You develop there torticollis every time you turn your head to look at gorgeous girls.

Interesting. I assume you are referring to the summer months. I've only been there in the winter and the place was soul crushingly depressing. There were hardly any girls at all of bangable age, to the point that it was just plain bizarre. I've never seen anything like it anywhere -- spending hours and hours walking around the central streets and not seeing girls. Just lots of old people, families with kids, and dudes. I knew that in the summer it's a very different place, but didn't know it's such a drastic turnaround.

I would suggest to hit:

-Ibiza (but it's getting worse as years pass by, the best looking girls are either engaged or inaccessible)
-Formentera (tons of naughty well off italians chicks especially in El Puyol)
-Cipro (lots of russian girls)
-Pag and Hvar (girls from all Europe and good parties)
-Corfù or Ios (if you are very young)
-Hersonissos (Creta): lots of scandinavian girls, friendly people
-Malta (tons of girls from all over europe that go there to learn english and party hard but it's invaded by heaps of low class italian guys).

As for Italy.
Rimini and Riccione are the main hubs in the summer and you will find lots of italian girls but also lots and lots of Russian and Scandinavian young people.
I don't know if I would advise to come here, though....it's full of guys who hit on girls all day long.

Alassio and Santa Margherita Ligure are good places where normal italian girls and well off ones (mostly for Milan) come to spend their holiday. Very good places.

Forte dei Marmi is another good spot, it's in Tuscany and is filled with very very rich russian chicks and russian oligarch.
Girls are as sluts as rich! I highly suggest to go there!
