Here in the South girls are super close to their mommies. I'm talking 22-25 year old girls. I see them ALL the time shopping (especially Target and the mall) and doing stuff with their moms, and the daughters are smoking hot too.

How would you open a daughter/mom set? Would you address the daughter or the mom first? Would you do a day bang ramble type opener, or an opinion opener that covers mother-child relationships ("It's my mom's birthday coming up, what should I get?")

How would you number close the girl? Would you address the mom to get prior approval: "Hey, your daughter's super cool, i'd like to hang out with her sometime - hey, daughter, what's your number?"

I had a scenario like this at an airport once waiting for a flight. However the mother was out of the way a bit when I started chatting to the girl since we were sitting in a row of seats and her mum was on the other side.

Once I had built rapport with the girl she actually introduced me to her mum and I also talked to her.
So if possible, open the girl while the mother is a bit out of earshot or across the way then when the mother comes join in it will just appear nice and smooth with you and the girl chatting. Probably don't want to be intimidating in this situation with your approach and chat up. Look for a common topic between what you're doing to open then just be friendly and chatty draw connections between her and you.

For the number close you'll either have to get another moment where the mother is distracted (hard because once you're there the mother will be curious and more likely to stick close) or just be ballsy and do it in front of her. The girl may blush and feel awkward but hopefully both will be flattered if you seem smooth end friendly enough.

Exactly. It's the perfect situation. She's with her mom so her bitch shield will be down. She'll be in "good girl in front of mom mode" and have to be nice to you. Flirt with both and seal the deal.

I number closed a very fine greek chick (23) from NY who was with her mom at a wine bar. The girl was standing with her mom near the bar area, holding a rose (most likely given to her by some beta white knight, they sell them everywhere in miami at night). I walked up to the girl:
Me: "Thank you"
Her" "For what?"
Me: "For the early Valentines day present, very thoughtful"

Number closed, she's meeting me at the NYC Food and Wine festival in a few weeks, I've also got her texting me a Greek word of the day everymorning.

I say dont let the mom stop you from the approach, but don't be suprised if the mom cock blocks you, or if she digs you and says go for it. I had a one night stand who was with her mother in a bar (we just walked out together while the mom was chatting with another guy)! And i have also seen a mother grab the daughter by the arm to get her away from me. Mothers are fickle like that, so if the mom doesn't like you dont take it personal, she is probably just being protective.
