Kris Humphries being sued for allegedlly giving girl herpes
Kris Humphries has just been sued by a woman who claims he gave her herpes ... TMZ has learned.
According to the suit, Kris came on to Kayla, touching, kissing and dancing with her. Kayla claims he took her to his hotel and they had sex multiple times ... including oral sex. The suit claims during a portion of the sexual encounter Kris did not wear a condom.
The lawsuit claims Kris did not inform Kayla he had herpes -- and she claims in the suit that he did indeed have the disease.
Kayla says a week later she was diagnosed with herpes. Her symptoms included a sore throat, fever, body aches and immobilizing pain, as well as extreme vaginal irritation and painful lesions on her genitalia.
She's suing for sexual battery claiming Kris knew he had herpes when they hooked up and didn't tell her.

Apparently, she asked him back in December for $24 million dollars, and that she wouldn't take less than $1 million, otherwise she would go public.

If she went to the doctor right away, and he tests positive, he's going to be writing a big check
First, this wouldn't even necessarily prove that he had Herpes when he fucked her (though unlikely, he technically could have gotten it right before the test).
Second, just because he had Herpes means absolutely nothing. He could not know it or feign ignorance. He would need to know he had it, and actively withheld this, for any tort to be committed (IMO).
Lastly, I don't believe somebody can just force you to be tested for STDs, if you damn well don't feel like it.
I'm well aware of the elements of the tort in a case like this, but I wasn't referring to a law school type analysis-i was thinking more in terms of the practicalities of the situation.
If he has herpes and her medical records show she was first diagnosed with it shortly after having sex with him, he will settle rather than go to trial unless she's demanding an outrageous amount
I don't know hat jurisdiction this is in, but in ones i am familiar with, courts often order parties to undergo medical evaluations

I thought that the bolded portion said 'The slut claims during a portion of the sexual encounter Kris did not wear a condom', that's how I initially read it.
I'm in with Mike here; cash before fame 10/10, regardless of fame being a substantially greater multiplier of your game (if you have cash and some game you can still do damn good in the game), but if I had to be famous, I sure as shit wouldn't be living in Hollywood; I'd be posting up in Spain, Tokyo, Montreal, Miami and other random places before living in that fake, STD-infested dump.
I was clean before I came to China, here's hoping I still am (things have only been iffy with foreign girls, shocker), I'll see your Aloha! and raise you a Hen hao!, Kona.

Quote:However reports have now emerged that Humphries is claiming to friends there is no way he could have given Goldberg herpes, because he apparently recently tested negative for the sexually-transmitted disease.

Had he just called for a high end hooker, he would have been able to rawdog it, and her handlers would have dealt with any issues after the fact.
I don't think anyone here frowns upon it for famous or prominent men. Escort services have black books filled with these kinds of names for that very reason - it's safer and more practical for them to get ass this way. They count on the discretion of the service and the girls that work for it. Particularly if you're a politician - you can't go trolling bars and clubs for ass. Other celebs still bang groupies, but game isn't really necessary (even if they actually have game, they don't really get to use it because ass gets thrown at them). In the age of TMZ and mercenary bitches looking to sell pics of you, it's more and more necessary for celebs to simply buy it.

A $600/hour hooker is a run of the mill escort in NYC. Emperor's was charging up to $5K/night. They didn't even waste a lot of time dealing with hourly business. Even if what she said was true, had he done this shit to a whore from Emperor's, the agency would have dealt with the issue. Whether it was extracting more money from him, or getting her to stay quiet, they would have handled the problems.

No mention of them being whores in this story. If they had been whores, if there had been an arrangement for sexual services for money, it would have come out in the story/trial. They would mention it in every story just for the scandalous nature. I saw no mention of prostitution. If anything, this story supports my earlier assertion that high profile guys can only afford to fuck around with the highest priced hookers from agencies who specialize in this shit.
