That´s the plan so far - to work that exoticness into high value & attractiveness. It´s been working for me already down here althought it´s been mostly the guys who start conversations with me and end up inviting me out or introducing me to girls in their circle.

If the girls in Cordoba indeed can speak conversational English, that will help quite a bit although I am up for the challenge of scoring without saying a word or with minimal talking. I opened this hot Uruguayan blonde from the Carrascos area of MVD in a club in La Barra and she was very receptive but since she didn´t speak much English (which surprised me since Carrascos is the Beverly Hills of MVD) so I ended up bailing the interaction with a ciao.

THE GIRLS

OK, lets start talking about the girls!!!

Girls are hot
The girls in Cordoba are absolutely hot! There is such a concentration of hot girls here. Its not just the numbers of hot girls, its also the percentage. I think I can easily say the percentage is higher than anywhere else I've been in the world. I mean 80 percent of the girls I see are doable, and probably 60% are 7's or above. Plenty of 8's and a decent number of 9's. Not a whole lot of 10's but i think thats because these girls dont use much makeup, and the difference between an 9 and a 10 is often cosmetic.

The girls look very European. You have many girls with the italian look, many with the spanish look, and some with the lighter hair and eyes, the german look. Plus you have everything in between from the mixing of genetics thats gone on over the generations.

Nueva Cordoba
I have to stress this again. You have to be in Nueva Cordoba. Its a relatively small part of town, but its where all the students and young professionals are, and where the city is most lively, with most cafes and bars and clubs. if you go just 6 or 7 blocks away to Downtown (el Centro), you will NOT see nearly the quality of girls.

Also, one of the reasons that there is such a concentration of hot girls is that the population is very young. Nueva Cordoba is mostly comprized of students, and young professionals.


Numbers mean Nothing
My first weekend here I probably got 15 phone numbers. I took a blanket approach and hit on a lot of girls and asked them all for they're phone numbers. A few of them I though were hot prospects because i spent a decent amount of time gaming them and building a connection, the rest of them I knew where weak prospects. Anyway, my spanish is not good enough to talk on the phone, so I texted them all and guess how many texted back? A grand total of 2. One stopped replying, and the second I have seen a couple times and I am working on now (and actually now that I think about it, this girl asked me for my number).

Point is, numbers mean nothing. In fact, I stopped asking for numbers mostly. Now I ask for email addresses to invite them to my parties (which I will talk about later). I only ask for numbers from those that are hot prospects. Emails are great because everyone here uses Facebook and you can find them through their email.


Still Trying to Understand these girls

I'm still trying to understand the game here. You can be hitting it off with a girl, she can be showing a lot of interest in you, maybe you even make out, and you get the number and then later she just completely ignores your calls. I'm not saying this happens every time. but you can never tell what will happen. Its very inconsistent, and i haven't been able to figure out a rhyme or reason yet.

I think Argentina is in a transition period. People here tell me 15 or 20 years ago Argentina was very sexually conservative, like I imagine Southern Europe to be. Slowly Argentina is becoming more like the US, but its not nearly there yet. One night stands are still not common, but they do happen.

The argentines are very social people, and social circles are much more important than in the US. Young people are always hanging out. Go to the malls, parks, public squares, cafes, etc and you will see tons of young people hanging out and socializing. And usually people have their social circle that they mostly stick to. After being here for over a month I am seeing the same people hanging out with the same people. Anyway, I think the importance of the social circle really makes it tough to bang these girls. Even if you are IN their social circle its still difficult because these girls are always conscious of what their friends think, etc.

I really think that Argentine girls are probably are having much less sex with much fewer guys than American girls. I met an american guy thats been living here for a long time who's confirmed this. He said its not uncommon that after you bang a girl you find out you were the only guy she's banged during the last year. I think the girls here are looking less for quick sex, and more for relationships. Again, not all of them. Some will be open to one night stands. i got one last year when i was here, but it is rare.

The chance of one night stands are much higher among the older girls (24 +).

American Status
You definitely get status here as an American (europeans too), especially among the younger girls. They love american culture. The movies, the music, the celebrities, etc. Play up your american side.

What may help your phone number conversion rate is holding off on the makeout. If you kiss a girl while you're out at a club and get her number, when you call, she knows what is on your mind is sex. Here in the US, where the stigma surrounding sluttiness has lessened quite a bit, the girl can more easily rationalize picking up your call after you've made out. If Argentina is more of a conservative culture, there is less incentive for a girl to have sex quickly and more pressure to remain virginal.

If you holdoff on the kiss, it is way easier for her to rationalize the date as something innocent, even if in the back of her mind she is down to fuck. Putting as little of the responsibility of sex on her as possible seems like the best approach.

But dude, as long as you're pulling girls and fucking, I don't see a problem with machine-gunning it.

A part of the issue could be that you're hitting on young girls.
Young Colombians and young Brazilian girls are very flakey as well. I avoid young 18-23 year olds if I can help it.

I like this a lot. Numbers have close to zero value to me at this point. I got no problems deleting an Argies number right in front of her. In fact, it will put a huge smile on my face to watch her reaction.

I don't agree with this phrasing, as it basically tells the girls, "It has happened to me A LOT than girls flake on me and don't get back to me. Are you going to do that too?"

Better way to do is to ask if she's serious about getting to know each other, as you don't want to waste your time.

ask local girls and guys to explain the meaning of both

use it as your opener with the girls if you like

when you totally understand both you will be a long way into recalibrating your game for argentinian girls

Yeah, I'm headed down that path. I hope to get it figured out before frustration hits, and to be honest its already started a bit. I've got some prospects in the works right now, so we'll see.

You know I dont mind putting in work to get these argentinas figured out. But its the anti-logic of the situation that brings about frustration. I mean if an Argentine girl meets a guy she genuinely likes and has a good time with him, why would she then just ignore him after that? Is she trying to keep herself from being happy?

Its interesting, several of our argentine friends on several different occasions have said something to us along the lines of "If she likes you she likes you, and if she doesnt, she doesnt. You just show up and talk to her. The rest is up to her."

When they told me this I thought to myself "how the fck is that supposed to help me. You just stated the obvious." Over time I kept this in the back of my mind and thought about it. I have come to the conclusion that what they are really trying to say is "Its a numbers game. Hit up a lot of girls, if shes not down, dont worry about it, hit up more girls. Yeah, this is a big part of it. We've definitely been meeting really young girls here, lots of 18, 19, and 20 year olds. And even some 16 and 17 year olds.

Ok, I have to say how extremely hilarious it is to walk by a mirror with a group of Argentine girls! I was just remembering a recent time when GringoEd and I were with 4 Argentine girls, all 18 years old. We walked into our friend's apartments lobby, and as we're walking past the large lobby mirror to the elevator all the Argentine girls start primping their hair and carefully examining themselves in the mirror like crazy. No awareness that we are a few feet away watching and laughing inside. These girls are self conscious, plus they haven't had western societies training to hide it. Absolutely hilarious! Like something from a movie!

At Cruz (a club in chateau) the older women 25 and up go there on Saturday's, while Friday nights are full of the younger crowd (16 and up). Also, I've had some good luck meeting women 25 and up at Club F on the weekends.

I've haven't been targeting the older chicks, so I cant give you too much advice, but here's what I know:

For older chicks stay away from the Calle Roneau stip of clubs. All younger girls.

On Buenos Aires street, west of Hipolito Yirigoyen street has a strip of 3 or 4 bars that has an older crowd,23 to 30

The suggestion about Cruz is correct.
