I have a coworker here in South America, very cute girl, fun to talk to, always looks out for me, can't cook but pays for me when we go out even though she doesn't make much money, and I really want to sleep with her. I'm not sure how it is in SA, but in the states there is a chance of things going wrong. The only time I have gone for a coworker was when I knew for sure that I was not staying at the job very long. In that type of situation I have total freedom that it makes no difference what happens. I have friends who only bang girls they work with so to each their own. Personally I like to separate girls from earning a living, because it can get sticky.

From how you describe her reactions it seems like she's into you though, just think it through before you make a decision.

Think of the best possible thing and the worst possible thing that could happen.

You will be slapped with a sexual harrasment charge, fired, and even face some jail time. Your friends and family will all disown you. You will meet a big black man named bubba in jail. He will make love to your back pussy. you will eventually become hooked on hardcore drugs and resort to becoming a walking blowjob vendor for your next fix. You will die miserable, alone, and cold in some dark back alley and no one will ever know. History will forget you and it will be all for the better.

Now realize that neither of those will actually happen. This is a small decision that is nothing more than a drop of water in the ocean of life. Cowboy the fuck up and make a move. Or live a life of "what if?" as opposed to a life of "oh well"
