We will see just got my ZMA and some opti zinc 30ml pills. I have some 75 ml zinc pills to but I think im just gonna start out on the 30s cause the ZMA has 30ml of zinc to. Maybe I will just take the 75s on days I lift heavy. We will see and I shall report back if I notice anything worth mentioning with my new zinc regimen.

I also got some Brazil nuts Im gonna start at the same time. I have eaten them before an dont think I noticed any life changing benefits.

Is Opti L Zinc available in drugstores anywhere in Canada, or you can only receive the product via online shopping?

Looked at the big and small drugstores operating in Canada and Opti L Zinc was not present. I don't own credit cards so ordering it via paypal is not an option.

im going to have to come off the zinc. I work in an office and i now have a huge boner all day, by the end of the day my balls are aching.

started taking 50mg of zinc citrate and a magnesium 500mg. Energy levels are good. Don't need ACV currently. Going to turn it up to 100mg of zinc and see what happens.
Also ordered the L-opticzinc to see what the maximal absorption is all about.

The recommended daily allowance is 11mg for adults. I was taking a 100mg pill from GNC for a while. It made me feel nauseous. I dropped to a 50mg and its about right. I try to take it with meals. It definitely kicks up the libido.

Read your multivitamin labels. The GNC mega men I take has 25mg of zinc. But the serving size is two capsules. So each pill is about 12.5mg of zinc.

Go to a Natural foods, vitamin, or hippe/granola shop. It's by 'NOW' Foods which is Canadian, any vitamin shop will carry that brand.

NOAHs or Nutrition House will have it.

Not sure if I'm preaching to the choir, but make sure you only take mega-doses of zinc after eating. It can really throw you off and make you feel weird if you don't.

I had the first anxiety attack of my life last summer and for a while thought someone had slipped me drugs. Worst feeling of my life. Cringed on my aunt's couch half the day and almost had her take me to the hospital.

I don't know if it had anything to do with it, but I did take a megadose of zinc that day on an empty stomach and proceeded to have a couple cups of coffee throughout the morning. On a hangover. Sounds like a big mistake thinking back.

In any event, every time I've taken a lot of zinc on an empty stomach it has thrown me out of whack. Others in this thread have reported the same.

The ZMA does seem to help with lucid dreaming. I have only taken ZMA 3 maybe 4 times and had lucid dreams twice. I used to have them a lot but seems like they slowed down some as I got older..... I always bang an do bad things to hot chicks in my dreams when I realize its a dream.

On a side note does it matter when you take your Zinc pills? Should I take them before or after a workout ? I just been taking it in morning.

Started taking these a month ago and just bought a regular bottle from wallgreens. stomach pain ensued for atleast a week and it was awful but I kept up with it. Now there are no stomach issues and my cock is always raging in the morning. I usually take mine after i eat breakfast.

i've also been having lots of sex dreams which may be contributing to this raging hard on in the morning

I have been taking Zinc for over 2 months now, based on this thread, and thought to share my experience.

Dose: 100 mg GNC Zinc (Zinc Gluconate) . I break the pill into two and take them after eating at least hour apart, otherwise I get dizzy. More frequent and stronger erections.

Increasing dose to 150 or even 200 mg did not improve results in my experience, so the effective dose seems to be 100 mg.

Doctor said that zinc helps to convert estrogen to testosterone, and recommends taking 2mg of copper with zinc.

Been Taking ZMA a month on a month off for a while now.

Definitely have seen benefits. When i first started i had a wet dream.

Im 27 years old son.

The one negative is that i tend to wake in the middle of the night for about ten minutes every night now. Feel well rested when i wake up but dont want this to become ingrained in my life pattern.

Any differences you guys have noticed between taking ZMA or just zinc itself?

I know ZMA is a compound with magnesium and B6, and is much more expensive than just zinc.

Besides that I don't know what differences in effects they should have.
