Nofap + daily zinc = ????
It will make you a lot more horny, and will make not masturbating a lot more difficult if you are a beginner.
However, if you are a NoFap veteran with total self control, and then and add zinc to the equation, then expect this:

Get a blood panel done and find out what else you're lacking.
Zinc is super helpful, but it sounds like you're missing other important items as well.
What makes you say that?
I'm not a health freak but I eat reasonably well and I drink lots of water. The strange thing is that if I have something interesting to do or something to look forward to, I don't get that tired. But on normal, regular days when there's not much going on, I need to nap more. I think a lot of it is a psychological habit.
Also there's no pattern to it, no rhyme or reason at all. For example if I go for a few days napping at a certain time, I'll feel the need to continue napping at that time. But if I get into another routine, I'll feel tired at the same time the next day. That's why I think it's just a bad habit that has gotten to a ridiculous level. Sometimes my eyes feel tired while the rest of me is wide awake and in fact I feel like I have plenty of energy, and sometimes (occasionally) I want to zonk out.
Often I get annoyed because I know I need to get the nap out of the way (because I know I need it), but at the same time I'm totally energized and mentally awake. I recently tried closing my eyes for a few minutes every hour, instead of napping, and I felt totally ok, even though the total napping time for the day was way less than normal. And sometimes I need 2 or 3 hours napping throughout the day, while other days 1 hour is enough. And I don't think it makes any difference what I eat. Nothing about this makes any sense.
That's not how we do things in Russia, comrade.

Oysters are super high in zinc as we all know, but also iron, calcium, selenium, vit. A and B12. So obviously great health benefits there. I saw Robb Wolf (who is a guy I listen to when it comes to nutrition) experiment with canned oysters, so I think it could be worthwhile.
You would want a brand that is BPA-free ideally and maybe in olive oil, as opposed to vegetable oils. Also a good clean water source of course. Fresh oysters are probably better, but their both expensive and also not that easy to get a hold of always. Any recommendations?
Edit: Found a brand that looks good. Smoked oysters in olive oil. Will try them and report back

I have consumed freshly caught oysters many times before, they are very aphrodisiac as many say. However, I find that consuming them on a daily basis or in large quantities gives me the same sensation as taking zinc on a empty stomach.
I don't quite know the reason behind this and maybe it's just personal, do try it out for yourself.

Many vitamins and minerals are toxic in larger doses. Vitamin A and selenium are actually toxic even at a lower dose. (Oysters have both btw.) So with very nutrient dense foods you wanna limit your intake somewhat. That`s why it`s not recommended to consume liver more than a couple times a week for example.
I would say that the vast majority today have the opposite problem, a very low nutrient density diet. But it`s worth noticing which foods are so high in nutrients that you want to limit your intake of them. Liver and some other organ meats, Oysters, Brazil nuts...I`m sure there`s a few more. Of course you want to consume these foods, but just in lower quantities.
We will stomp to the top with the wind in our teeth.

Yeah I'm gonna agree with that. I started taking Zinc back in Nov/Dec because of this thread. I was taking three of those a day, so 90mg a day. For about a month. then off and on maybe 60mg - 90mg. My doctor tried to prescribe me some for a cold coming on and I said, oh, I take like 100mg a day already, and he looked at me and said, check Google, stop taking so much. So I did, and kinda freaked out a bit and stopped taking them for about a week. So today I take one, just 30mg, and feel my mouth tastes like metal which did not happen so much before. And it's lasted the entire day, more than 12 hours already... I know that if you take too much that is one of the symptoms, usually does not happen with oral capsules, but can. So now I am wondering if I over did for the last month and it has accumulated in my system to the point that I had better not take anymore.
So I'd advise you all do as wish, but be aware of the consequences. Google it like I did. Some of them aren't serious complications, but some of them are, and luckily I was not taking 150-250mg a day... But some damage may already have been done, I am hoping nothing long term for me.
