Are there any regions with a higher concentration of Mestizas (Filipinas of Spanish descent)?

Some people say Cebu but I have seen pictures of girls from Iloilo and they look more Spanish.

In my experience, NOT Cebu, and, unfortunately NOT Davao.

Cebu does have some halfsies, but they are mostly half-Chinese, which means lighter skin (who cares), and *less* shape (I care!).

Odd as it may sound, the two hottest, most interesting filippina girls I have dated were both found in america - and they were both from the Luzon (Manila) region.
