Great dissection.True in Poland girls seldom cockblock. Most of the time they throw themselves into you or facilitate their friend to get to know you.Even if they are a bit cold you can always buy them a drink and change their mood. Not so with Serbian girls.Although I have found out that you can always try to smoothen the rage of the silent girl who looks at you with anger when you try to pick up her girlfriends.Peer protection inside groups seems to be big in Serbia.
Big groups of girls are also common among Serbian. You noticed a lot of things.Do you think serbian girls visit the clubs in order to hook up like polish girls use to?

Beside the logistical one? I can imagine how well it would go down gaming in Manhattan bars and saying you're staying in Jersey.

There's a lot of Jersey girls in Manhattan bars ...especially on weekends.
You number close and follow up another day. I live in NJ right over the George Washington Bridge.

The NY locals go out on off nights to avoid the tourists.

Totally beside the point here.
And I've heard enough about "bridge and tunnel" people from otherwise well behaved New Yorker to know that (male) Jersey folk regularly get shafted.

Mother hen is a slang term for the girl who is the leader of the group, the other girls often follow her in the club, she's the most aggressive cockblocker

In other words, this is a mother hen:

Roosh, are Croatian girls speaking good English??? In ten girls, how many would you say would speak English??

How effective are English language openers? Do you think a foreigner would experience far more success speaking the local language?

Describe the economics -- does Croatia feel like a poor country? What is their default attitude toward American men?

Please share more of your experience!

Since I was there twice this year:

How many out of 10 speak English? 10.
In my experience. Fluent, good English in 90% of cases. English Opener is no problem at all.

American man I can't say much. There doesn't seem to be any prejudice against foreigners though. At least there was none against me.

Economy: They have been hit by the recession and they have only been out of Soviet sphere for 22 years. They are not a rich country, but they are doing better than say Bulgaria or Greece. They rely heavily on tourism. Also there's only 5 Million Croats I think. So they probably cannot be compared to bigger countries, economically.

Yugoslavia was never really in the Soviet sphere.

But people in Croatia are far from well off... most old timers say they were better off in the Yugoslavian days, they didn't have to work like dogs and the quality of life was very good.

Dunno, i am from Slovenia, speaking Croatian fluently.

zagreb not at all. even in former yugoslavia, Zagreb was the richest urban area, with huge difference to other parts of the Yugoslavia, except Slovenia.

The city itself is not charming, but doesn't look poor, also people doesn't look poor, especially girls, who are very fashionable.

How do Slovenian girls compare to Croatian girls in looks, bitch shields, and ease? Also, in ten Slovenian girls, how many would you say would speak English??

Is Ljubljana overrun with tourists and stag Brit guys or untouched and pure?!

Finally, same question on economics...

RE: The Zagreb thread
I am slovene, so maybe i am no totally objective on this topic.

Slovene girls are very good looking, generally speaking they look quite similar to Croatian girls, except there is more variety, for example there are more blonde or red haired women, because Slovenia is (and was) on the crossroad, and there are influences from all non slavic neighbouring nations (Austrians, Italians, Hungarians). Generally i think croatian girls are a bit taller and in average with a little bit darker skin.

There are many tourist in Ljubljana from May to mid September, but Brit stag parties are not so common. In other months is mostly packed with Slovenians, except on weekends there are some Italian tourists. But I guess for foreigners is pretty hard to spot, who is local and who is not.

Bitch shields are quite strong, but they lower them when foreigners are in question. English is widely spoken, in 9 out of 10 girls you will find perfect or more than decent knowledge of American English, then tenth girl will at least speak and understand some English.

You have to know, that majority under 50 years had 8 years of English classes for three hours weekly. And also all movies on tv are subtitled, not dubbed.

Slovenia may not be the wealthiest country and it has some financial problems, but Ljubljana doesn't look poor. Average wage in Ljubljana is 1100 euros after tax, and unemployment is still pretty low.

Roosh recently posted about three types of game (american, eastern and world).
Croatia clearly geogeaphically falls into Eastern Europe (thus world game) but after reading so much about them being so difficult, are they more suited for the of mixure of American and World game?
What do. You guys think?

From all the reports Ive read on Croatia, it seems that it might be the most americanized balkan country and where the most girls speak english. Americanized, I mean in terms of the girls attitudes and not their waistlines, as from all accounts the girls there are very atttractive. It could be then, that mixing American style game to World Game is the way to go in Croatia now. At least from Roosh´s recent glowing reports, it seems that one can do very well there......and Im assuming he is using some of his American game he perfected over so many years.

I think that while general advice is good and some advice is universal, everyone still has to find his own style. There's people that are naturally funny, some are naturally cocky, others have a whole different style.

RE: The Zagreb thread
The game I talk about for Europe is for FOREIGN GUYS who experience a massive bump in their value simply for being foreign. Cocky and funny from them comes across as arrogant.

If you're a local guy, which comes from a perspective I have no clue about, then you may have to use more Western style game. European guys need to be really careful about using the game I teach for European girls themselves. There's no guarantee it will work (and it probably won't). That game is for guys from Anglo countries..

I can roll into a Zagreb club, be a little fun and buy drinks and bang the girl same night. A local guy may not be able to do that.

RE: The Zagreb thread
RudeBwoy Zagreb Report ( meetup with Roosh) - September 7th - 10th

This trip was basically to get a taste of Croatia, experience Balkan beauties and see what the fuss was about.
I was already in London, so I booked an easyjet flight from there to Zagreb for the weekend. Thanks to Airbnb I rented a nice apartment that I would later realize was not in the best spot logistically.

Landed in Zagreb mid day friday, contacted Roosh who had a date lined up for the same night. He suggested I check out clubs in the Lake Jarunn district which had "beautiful girls".
Got a bit of rest and then headed out on a Tram ( number 5 ) which took about 25 minutes, got off at my stop in the middle of nowhere. Lake Jarunn on one side and apartments on the other side, I asked some strangers and they pointed to some lights in the distance. After a 15 min walk I arrived at Gallery nightclub just after midnight and it was empty.
A nice bartender told me to give it until 1/1.30 and all the masses would arrive.
Slowly the crowd started to come in and I got a huge surprise, packs of women strolled in ALL wearing heels, skirts and there sunday best. Long shapely legs, long hair and yes they were nice looking. I was a deer in headlights, made some strong eye contact with a nice blonde and her friend across the bar.
The men on the other hand were under dressed, jeans, tshirts and some dudes were wearing converse.
Smoking is allowed in these clubs, so that might appeal to some folks.
The girls were incredible, another group of 3 posted up beside me at the bar but then it became evident what type of club this was, it was a show no go club. The group pulled out Iphone's and started to take pics of themselves for facebook no doubt. Damn, I was feeling like I was back home again. So i ordered a few more drinks and scoped the place out some more. Met a black american dude who lives there and we drank the night away, talked to a few girls but they seemed very reserved and shy.
It was my first night and I was pleasantly surprised and left the spot at 5.45 in the am.

To be continued.........

RE: The Zagreb thread
Roosh, thanks for the tips. Any tips that you believe work in general that are Croatia specific? Anything rearding the day game?

Clubs at Jarun lake are the most americanized (and "fancy") you can find. Also, girls there are behaving similarely. There are more clubs at the beginning of Jarunska street (relatively close to the Jarun lake, couple of tram stations towards the city cetar). Younger people and students usually go there.
You can also check clubs in city centar (pepermint, VIP, hemingway) and couple of good bars (Alkatraz, lemon bar).
If anyone needs any more logistics rearding Zagreb, ask here.

P.s. Since summer is over, all the clubs either opened or opening in next teo weeks.

Sadly that is true. The whole "being a forigner" makes SNLs so much easier (and you can see that on girls when there is an obvious forigner present, like african american.
And it also depends to which club you go (the more americanized they are, it gets more easier).

RE: The Zagreb thread
RudeBwoy Zagreb Report (meetup with Roosh) part 2

So after a good night of partying at Gallery nightclub, I headed home and slept until late afternoon.

I had arranged to meet Roosh around 7 in the city center (centar), when I arrived he was pretty easy to pick out although he was sitting. We grabbed something to eat, discussing girls, Zagreb, forum, girls and our plan of attack for later.
I headed home for some relaxation and was excited about our night on the town, we arranged to meet at midnight.

Shortly after 12 we started out at a bar where the local's start there night, most people were outside standing around having a drink. A cute blonde reached in between us to put down her drink, without missing a beat Roosh opened her and the conversation begun. I spoke to her friend and they asked alot of questions (Roosh had warned me earlier) such as how we knew each other, what we were doing there and how long we planned on staying. The weird thing was that there was a guy with them, he just stood there like an idiot smiling. He was the co-worker of one of the girls.
Conversation was going well when Roosh stopped talking to his girl, he whispered to me that he was winging me. I kept talking to the girl who was asking alot of questions, which was strange because she had a boyfriend. We told them we had to go and headed to Peppermint club.

Peppermint club is a multi-level bar that feels like a college club. The girls are a step down from what I saw at Gallery the night before, however there was still some talent in the place. The music was all over the place but it had a much better vibe.
Roosh and I headed to the upstairs bar, three girls walked in and stood in front of us. One of the girls gave me a direct look in my face and they all posted up beside us at the bar. Two of the girls were hot, both wearing short black skirts, white skimpy tops and they had long legs. Roosh attacked immediately and told me to talk to the friend. I gave the friend three taps on the shoulder, she swung around and said "your friend is from Washington and you are from?", damn that was quick. I told her I was from NYC and her face lit up, once again more questions and the question we all want to hear "where are you staying". Sadly my apartment was a good 20 minute walk and she couldn't stop laughing over the fact I was staying in an apartment block. I guess she figured I should be staying in a Holiday Inn or better yet somewhere closer.
Roosh was doing very well with the friend but then they decided to leave to find there other friend, who had taken off.

I went for a walk and ended up talking/dancing to a few other girls. The vodka's started to kick in and I was feeling good, I must say there were no bitch shields and girls although shy were friendly. I came back to find Roosh in the corner sucking face with some chick, this dude is serious about his craft. He handed me another drink and I let him be, I ended up on the lower level and crashed on the couch. A cute slightly chubby girl was talking to me about all her problems, it turns out she was 19. I kissed her a bit but my mind was still on the hotties from before, the chubby girl actually had a male friend with her who sat on the couch across from us.

I left the bar around 5 and headed to the main square, everyone was was waiting for there Trams to go home. I heard someone call my name and it was Roosh, he had lured the girl to his nearby place but I won't divulge what happened.
He told me the two hotties from earlier had come back without the friend, one actually caused a scene claiming Roosh was her BF and why was this other girl talking to him. Roosh was sure that we probably could have nailed them Sad

We hung out in the square talked to a few more girls, one girl in particular was really cute but was only 16.
At this point we called in a night.

Rudebwoy great write up, is that the final installment or you got more? Croatia sounds pretty chill, I may have to check it out in the near future, it's just too bad that it seems like Croatian girls are extremely difficult outside of Zagreb. From what I understand the city isn't particularly nice or interesting outside of the women, but at least the nightlife sounds pretty dope.
