I was exactly where you were at one point. It's a long road. Any bit of progress is good. You will get there, but don't just commit yourself to "game". Every experience you have in life where you take a chance, travel somewhere, do something bold, start a conversation with a stranger will build more game than you could acquire reading message boards.

I was taught that comfortable is good. I was wrong. I've seen the world, I talk to everyone, I work hard and take chances, and I've found that being uncomfortable is the most comforting situation in the world.

Go do something you have never done in your tomorrow. Embrace that awkward uncomfortability that comes with that new experience. Realize you will be OK after that uncomfortable situation. The guys with the strongest "game" on this forum are not computer cowboys. It's no coincidence that they are business owners, travelers, and dudes who are unafraid of pissing someone off. I guarantee all of them find comfort, and even revel in the opportunity to be in an uncomfortable situation.

Don't get fixated in the specifics. If you're interested in a girl why not ask her out and get a number? If not, you can be glad that you got to know a stranger despite there being no sexual interest.

As long as you're pushing the comfort zone you'll make progress.

To the OP - for your first time just try not to hype it up too much in your mind and instead think of it as masturbating but with a girl underneath you. 4. If she says yes to the drink, then have the drink with her at the bar. After a drink or two, tell her that you like her and invite her back to your place for a movie.
5. Put the movie in, invite her to sit next to you, put your arm around her, and kiss her.
6. If she makes out with you for a few minutes then take her hand, lead her to the bed, and see how far she will let you go.


Now for the numbers.
Maybe 1 out of 20 approaches will lead to a number because this is weak game.
Maybe 1 out of 4 numbers will meet you for coffee because you are new to this.
Maybe 1 out of 4 coffee dates will join you for a drink.
Maybe 1 out of 4 drink dates will join come back for a movie.
Maybe 1 out of 2 dates you will bring back to your place will make out with you.
Maybe 1 out of 4 of the girls that make out with you will let you have sex with them because you still suck at this.

Looking at these numbers, you will need to do 10,000 approaches to get laid. This means that if you do 100 approaches a week and totally suck, you will lose your virginity before you turn 28.

Once you lose your virginity you odds will improve greatly after that. But getting over that hump is your greatest challenge. But then you will be able to do more advanced game and get laid more often.

You have to start somewhere.

I just read that article. I must have missed it when it originally got posted. I don't know how much I agree with it. Specifically, I take issue with the idea that a "late blooming" virgin will be pulling down a notch count of ten. Of course, there are always those guys who, once they get there, decide to go on a sex rampage. But, they are, by far, the exception.

It seems far more likely that a guy who loses his virginity at 25+ is going to have a low lifetime sexual partner count. In many cases, that count will be one. Something approaching 15% of men have a lifetime sexual partner count of one, and I can tell you from observation, a lot of those guys just dropped and married the first woman they had sex with.

As far as virgins in their 30s, that is more worrisome. A man conciously "saving himself" for religious, philosophical, or other personal reasons (and, yes, there are men who do this), might be psychologically okay as a virgin in his 30s. Although, I have spoken to many such men that are in some level of despair over the quality of women they have to choose from (how would you like to wait 35 years to have sex and your now-wife has a notch count of 15 or 20 - very sad).

As for the 30+ incels, I don't know what to say. It might be time to see a serious CBT therapist at that point. I would assume (unless you were horribly burned in a fire or something) that inceldom at 30+ is due to a psychological issue. I have seen many men who had/have severe social anxiety/phobia who fall in to this category. I don't normally push for pharmaceutical intervention, but there are many drugs that can temporarily kill social anxiety. Get a prescription, do the exposure therapy that the doctor ordered, and get a nice 4/5/6 level girlfriend. Maybe aim for a social awkward girl, whose personality mirrors your own. Lose it to her.

I'm with Roosh in that prostitution is a release valve of last resort for the incels that want to hijack a bus or whatever.
