Iran = the country.
Persian = about 50% of the population, the largest ethnic group, amongst Armenians, Kurds, Azeris and many others.

A large portion of the Iranians on the U.S. West Coast are Persian (!) Jews(!).

I guess you are looking for "exotic, curvy". Beware - many Iranians don't live up to that stereotype, for example Leila Hatami:

I want my Persian, Armenian, Kurdish, Zeri flag. They do not have to be exotic and curvy. I would definitely bang Leila Hatami.

Isn't there a Bahá'í community in Iran and they were kicked out? I remember I met a Bahá'í girl from Iran during my college years...wish I had pursued her back then.

Yes they have a hard time there as they are not part of the monotheistic accepted "book religions" which are represented in the Majlis (parliament assembly).
