^^You rawdogged a girl with knowledge that she'd been using injection drugs, and you've almost never used condoms with other girls?
This is actually a valuable anti-rawdog post, albeit indirectly.
Edit: and according to the Unexpected Lays thread, you hit it anal too.

RE: Raw dogging awareness post
I started rawdogging in 2012, when I was "whoring it up" I couldn't keep up with buying condoms and simply stopped. Then thought I had an STD due to an allergic reaction to soap. Turned out I HAD NOTHING. The shit messed me up as I was so used to just having lots of random sex. I even told a chick "We shouldn't have sex until results come back". HOME, RAWDOG...

Just the other day had anal sex raw for the 1st time (by mistake)

All I'm worried about is getting a chick prego'd but usually since practicing tantra I do my best not to ejaculate ALTHOUGH, apart of me thinks I had a slight moment where I might've cum abit but didn't orgasm.

Something my friend said about his doctor, "there is no reason to get checked for herpes" because it's uncurable and doesn't really have an effect on your life other than the psychological aspect of it. If you never got checked for it life would go on and if you did, life would still go on just now you'll be all messed up in the head.

P.S...The chick I had anal sex raw with actually wanted me to cum inside of her, shit sobered me up quick!!!

Yes there is, why would you keep giving it to other people, don't you think that's kind of fucked up for someone to do ?

Especially KNOWING that you have it ?

Regardless if you only get outbreaks and it's nothing like AIDS?

I agree with the psychological part of it, some people it does affect their lives, some of them it doesn't.

You don't need to take yourself out of the game, but you should be more cautious and practice safe sex.

I agree with both of your points of view. It's always best to be safe and if you knowingly have an STD the ethical move is to take yourself out of the game until it's been treated or in the event of herpes to disclose it to a new partner and use protection.

However, even the CDC recommends against routine herpes screening if there are no symptoms present for that very reason. The psychological trauma of knowing or not knowing is not worth any small degree of prevention since it likely doesn't result in any change in behavior.

To my credit, I HAVE been tested since (more than once) and I'm clean as a whistle. Admittedly that was the worst incident I have had going in raw and was obviously thinking with the completely wrong head.

Ugh, I'm disgusting.

Please don't delve into HSV-2 arguments because they become never ending and nobody reaches any conclusion or actually learns anything useful from it. And honestly I'm surprised this thread lasted this long.

Practice these two simple rules:

1) No raw dog unless it's your LTR (1 year or more)/Wife and she agrees to get on BC
2) Get tested every 3 months for the majors even if you use a condom (condoms can have microscopic tears) and avoid drunk sex with random girls, and especially ones who have displayed extremely whorish behavior (i.e. - BJs in public).

I have practiced these rules and have been STD free (including HSV-2) and no pregnancy scares from my first experience at 16 to the present day at 28 years old. If you want to keep on having more sex wrap it up. Keep your immune system high with adequate zinc especially but no more than 40mg a day to avoid blood abnormalities and copper deficiency. Shave your pubic area (but not the same day as sex because invisible nicks can make it easier for bacteria and viruses to seep in) to prevent crabs transmission. 30 min before sex spray tea tree oil spray on your pubic region. Immediately (1-5 minutes) after sex wipe with wet alcohol wipes if you can't get to a shower immediately.

It may seem a lot for some but my results speak for themselves. More important though than any of my steps is properly selecting and evaluating the right girl. Skin-to-skin STDs aren't always visible obviously but if she has excessive bumps or pimples in the region that may be indicative of poor hygiene. Combined with other red flags you may ultimately determine it's not worth the risk. Smooth sailing to all and good luck.

I'd be more worried about HIV and getting a girl pregnant than the minor STDs. The last girl I had sex with without a condom I bought her the morning after pill (50 dollars or so) in case some precum went inside her or something, twice.

There is a chance that anything could happen.

You could get shot, we don't all wear bulletproof vests.

You could be caught in a fire, we don't all carry fire extinguishers.

You could die in a car accident, about 40,000 car deaths a year in the U.S. Yet we still drive.

As discussed, all of those things have measures that can be taken to reduce the risk. You own a house, you get fire insurance. You drive a car, you have insurance and seatbelts for those risks. If you're worried about getting shot, you avoid shitty neighborhoods and don't apply to be a cop. If you still want to be a cop, you carry a pistol and wear a vest to reduce your odds of winding up in a body bag.

What risk reducing measure are you taking when you raw dog it with an obviously risky broad and hope for the best? Nothing.

For risk mitigation, you can avoid hos (difficult nowadays, of course), or at least avoid the most eggregious, tattooed and body pierced IV drug users you see. Even Roosh won't get with a woman if she's ever admitted to being with a gay/bisexual guy - it's a smart move given the proclivities of the average homosexual.

If you still want to risk it and be with outright skanks, wrapping it up is a risk mitigation measure. I say this not as a prude, but as an unlikely and undeserving survivor of youthful idiocy. I should probably be dead or lugging around a case of herpes by now, but in my life only walked away with one near miss, a case of crabs which I don't think even counts as an STD.

RE: Raw dogging awareness post
Watch out guys I was a fearless raw dogger and it caught up to me, granted I made some poor choices and banged some women who had sordid pasts with a lot of cocks. I ended up catching the herp and I'm pretty sure it was from a fucked up ex-girlfriend who most likely knew she had it and didn't tell me. Honestly when I hear about guys that have had unprotected sex with 50+ women and haven't caught the herp, I think they are incredibly lucky, since according to the statistics 20% of American women have it.

What sucks is that now every time I bang a new chick it's a moral and ethical dilemma, this is especially true if I like a girl, which is the case with my most recent chick, went on 3 dates, banged her on the 4th, she's a super cute petite 23 year old. I wanted to tell her about my deal before the bang, but she started acting flakey and seemed like she was losing interest, so I rationalized that I might as well least get the bang and that it may increase her feelings/desire for me.

I used a condom and I'm clear of any symptoms so I don't feel too bad about it, but yeah it sucks to have that shit on your conscious and really hard to tell someone about it, especially in this day when girls have so many options, disclosing the herp can really squash your momentum, since a girl will already have a line of other guys waiting in the wings.

I've made a lot of mistakes in the past, I'll admit I shamefully raw dogged girls sometimes multiple times without telling them, but I want to put that shit behind me. You can go back and forth with the rationalizations, but I don't want to be a complete badman and raw dog on with complete disregard for these girls.

What really sucks is that at 30 my game has improved a bunch since I got into it at 25 and recently the quality has increased and I'm getting more and more interest from hotter and younger girls than ever before, but with that I have it in the back of my mind that I got the herp, and I really should disclose it, which may likely cock block me from that sweet young poon that I so greatly desire.

The funny thing is when I was "whoring it up" I was basically breaking all your rules...
- Drunk sex
- Raw dogging EVERY CHICK (back to back to back)
- Raw sex on chicks period

That was 2 years ago and still to this day been clean. This is coming from a dude who said he'd never go rawdog because I was thinking "long term". Funny thing is, I'm in utter shock that I didn't catch anything.

Quote:What sucks is that now every time I bang a new chick it's a moral and ethical dilemma, this is especially true if I like a girl

This is exactly why my friend doctor told him never to bother getting tested for herpes. The whole psychological aspect of it when it essentially doesn't really change your life and is incurable. The way he explained it to me, it would be like worrying about bacteria in our intestine that was already there anyway but now that you're aware it has you thinking differently.

Again when I had an STD scare it was purely the psychological aspect of it that got to me...I STILL rawdogged despite telling a chick I need to wait for my test results. Funny thing is IT WAS MY FEMALE FRIENDS who were telling me to stop worrying...When it turned out I had nothing it annoyed the hell out of me because all the BS I was thinking was an utter waste and on top of that everyone thinking a "wild sex" life is what will cause an STD is also off. (My virgin friend banged his 2nd girl and got chlamydia)

In all honesty my biggest worry would be a kid, as it will severely change my life in ways that I wouldn't want. I have 30-40 years left of epic adventures to go. (and the fact that I don't want kids)

Not quite sure what kind of doctor tells people not to bother getting tested for herpes but I digress.

"The whole psychological aspect of it when it essentially doesn't really change your life and is incurable" - The fact that it is incurable already changes your life, as the poster above you mentioned - you feel a moral duty to tell girls that you're carrying the virus. Not only moral, but legal as well, as I believe if you give it to someone and they can prove you had it and didn't tell them, you're looking at legal trouble.

Now, I don't know if you mean (or the doctor means) that it doesn't make sense to test for herpes if you have no symptoms -- but once you wake up with sores on your dick, you pretty much know the deal. And going forward, you have to manage it with antiviral medications. You can also spread the virus without having signs of outbreak.

So yes, I'd say that it very much changes your life. You're living with a virus where sores break out on your dick, you're on medication to manage it, and you have to, at some point before sex with a new partner, tell them what the deal is.

The majority of herpes breakouts are unnoticeable. Additionally, most people who are infected are asymptomatic (show no signs at all).

Also, getting tested for HSV-1 and HSV-2 is only reliable 90 days after your sexual encounter. E.g., if you just had a ONS, getting tested the next day, week, month isn't going to amount to much.

That's what I was hinting at when I talked about not getting tested if there's no symptoms present.

But once there are symptoms present, and it's been confirmed you have it, it very much affects your life.

If you have herp, just wrap up, don't raw dog, don't bang if you get outbreaks.

If she's isn't a LTR, and just a plate or ONS, don't bother telling her, just wrap up.

If she's a hoe fo shoe, don't tell her.

It is true that viral shedding can occur with no symptoms.

I wonder if most people just get an initial outbreak then it goes dormant ?

Nearly every porno star, male and female, has herpes. They get outbreaks now and then, and if they have an outbreak, they can't work (or at least they aren't supposed to) and their testing regimen is a joke anyway.

This is what I've been thinking I'm going to do as my standard operating procedure, it's just that there is always that issue of how and when to tell a girl that you are interested in potentially having an LTR with, which is what I'm dealing with now.

I really like the girl I've been seeing and I've only smashed once with a condom, I'd be open to an LTR, but I get a lot of mixed signals from her. When we're together everything is smooth, I get no resistance, and we vibe real well together, she says she likes me...

But, then she flakes out on hanging out like she did last night, because she claims she was overwhelmed with stuff at work. I initiate 90% of the contact and communication when it comes to texting and setting up dates. She often implies that she's busy or has "other plans."

So right now I'm torn because we've been dating about a month (gone on 4 dates with only one bang on the last one), I wanted to tell her initially, but like I said I was getting flakey vibes and figured if I told her before sex she'd walk for sure, and I'd be left with my right hand.

Now that we've banged once I want to tell her, but the devil on my shoulder keeps saying just keep hitting it, because if she's not that serious about me, she'll walk for sure.

Then again, how many times can you hit it before telling a girl and getting into an LTR without them going complete apeshit on you for not telling them earlier? I'm guessing a couple times may be within the realm of forgiveness, but if you've fucked them over a dozen times over the course of months and then tell them later, I think most chicks would be really upset.

It's all fucked though because in this dating game and sexual marketplace, if you push for the LTR talk too soon then girls think that you like them way more than they like you, and it can make you look needy, over invested, etc.

What I have decided I'll do is that next time we hang out and go on a date at some point I'll try to feel her out, and see what she wants out of our relationship, whether that be something casual and non-exclusive, or if she's open to the possibility of something more serious.

This chick is really quality and is my ideal type in a lot of ways, so I would be open to an LTR even though it's really soon and we've only banged once. I figure this way if she says she wants to be non-exclusive then I know that I should just keep hitting it, but wrapping it up. If she says that she's open to a LTR, then I need to man up and put the cards on the table and expose myself to that risk of rejection, but at least do the right thing and get the truth out there.

Any thoughts on this guys?

just keep it wrapped up until you are in a LTR. Then when you're ready, mention to her as a favor since you two are officially in a LTR that you went out and got tested and found out you had it but didn't know since you never showed any symptoms (which is like 90% of the people who have it)

Go with your gut here bro. It's obvious you are more into her than she is into you and she has a laundry list of other priorities ahead of you, and likely other dicks. Typically if she is vague with her 'other plans' it can be suspect. Keep hitting it with a condom and don't worry about LTR with this girl. If she starts getting warmer on you and starts making it obvious she is looking to stick around with you and be the main squeeze then worry about it, but until then jut hit and keeo her at arms length.

She may seem like your "ideal type" because she is attractive and has certain traits and personality that hits all the right buttons, but honestly you know the "ideal type" is also a girl that makes herself available to you and is eager to please.

This is what I've been thinking I'm going to do as my standard operating procedure, it's just that there is always that issue of how and when to tell a girl that you are interested in potentially having an LTR with, which is what I'm dealing with now.

I really like the girl I've been seeing and I've only smashed once with a condom, I'd be open to an LTR, but I get a lot of mixed signals from her. When we're together everything is smooth, I get no resistance, and we vibe real well together, she says she likes me...

Any thoughts on this guys?

Really thoughtful post. As I was reading it, I had questions about various scenarios but they were all answered.

As someone who doesn't have the virus - it's easier for me to say what can or should be done, how to handle it, etc. I really don't want to come off as someone who is on higher moral ground.

I would like to think that - if God forbid I contracted the virus - that I would tell girls upfront before getting physical, and let the chips fall where they may. I would do my best to educate them and explain how people with the virus can still have active sex lives, so long as they take the necessary precautions.

Because you don't want to be that guy that continues the cycle. How do most people get stds? Rawdog + the fact that in some cases, the person carrying it knows they have it, but they don't want to have that awkward conversation, or they don't want to risk losing the partner, etc. So they chance it hoping it won't spread, and then it does.

These are not easy questions to answer or situations to handle. Morality is subjective and people are going to rationalize their behavior in a way that seems morally just to them.

Again, it's easy for me to stand here and say "tell girls upfront."

I don't know. I would hope that, if I was in the situation, I would have a long, mature conversation about the whole thing. Express all my thoughts about it, like you have here. Break down the fourth wall and give her insight to how I arrived at the decision I have. Tell her straight up "I didn't know when to tell you, I didn't know how to tell you," etc. Everything you've laid out here. That you're concern is that the girl will just move on to someone else, a girl who you may have a real connection with, that rare girl that ticks off all the important boxes. You don't want to feel like, just because you have this virus, you've now forfeited any chance at a real relationship. I would be brutally open about everything.

RE: Raw dogging awareness post
Guys if you have HSV-2 if you take ZMA and avoid L-arginine sources your chances of spreading to the girl are very minimal if you wear a condom. Zinc inhibits the viral replication and so does L-lysine. I am not going to debate the morality of telling a girl because HSV-2 has been with humans for eons. I only see it from a biological perspective. It is the same family as Chickenpox. To be honest there are a million things worse you can get than it. Once I learned about these other crazy viruses which have technically NO treatment or cure I laugh at things like HSV. I just checked back and Roosh said he got Molluscum in the beginning of this thread. Let me tell you something the worse thing is getting some weird disease or infection that a Doctor doesn't even know what the fuck it is. There are about 10-15 STDs which are viruses that "spontaneously resolve themselves" and are not included on any STD panel. But in the meanwhile you are shitting bricks wondering what the fuck is wrong with you. And it really depends on your immune system whether you can beat it easily or not. Some people struggle with these weird infections for YEARS.

And this is my point. Raw dogging is not worth the mental stress. Sometimes I would even stress a little (not to the level of freaking out though) because I forgot to wipe my region with alcohol after an encounter AND I wore a condom and inspected it for any tearing.

One thing I find that helped me is cutting back on Alcohol. You can use kudzu root (but not too much) as they used it in Ancient China to reduce the desire to drink. If you can stick to 3 servings maximum you will make better decisions. All of my risky decisions have been made when Drunk. One time I came close to taking the condom off because I wasn't sensitive enough and couldn't finish. Thankfully I choose a good relatively chaste Korean girl and she was not having that. This is something you learned in school when you are 15 but alcohol removes inhibitions. 3 drinks is enough to feel good but no so much where you are feeling reckless.

Remember also never believe a girl when she says she is on the pill, STD free or anything else. Every time you walk out your house in the morning could be your last. But in the unfortunate event that you live to be 100+ if you get HIV, that's 75+ years you have to live with limited sexual opportunities. This is the only time I will say QUANTITY over QUALITY. I don't care how good the pussy is you will want more and it won't stop much as you age (if your T levels are good). So don't give up the rest of your life's potential sexual experiences for one good raw dog lay.

RE: Raw dogging awareness post
The better question would be to to ask, how many people actually ever caught something?

I've been sexually promiscuous doing all sorts of wild stuff with multiple partners, never caught nothing. Only had 2 friends who got an STD that was curable, ironically though 2 of my girls have stated they had an STD in the past. (This is when I told them about my STD scare where I was misdiagnosed and had nothing)

IMO the worst thing is simply getting a chick pregnant...
