The problem with Prague nightlife is it's mostly concentrated on Dlouha. No matter the club or bar in that area, you'll see a lot of movement of groups between them all. There's plenty of high energy foreigners (game or not) running through there and after 11:30pm the places fill fast.

I've seen girls change hands 4-5 times in a small course of time only to end up leaving without a guy. It's a meat market, girls will come and go, knowing that a foreigner is there because she's "Czech". This also opens the door for letting themselves go a bit. Czech girls are not terrible but they're definitely overrated.

I've heard from local Czech guys that even if Czechs are in relationships, it's just a formality. They all still go out, get drunk and hook up. Girls will say it's the guys aren't faithful but... well girls. The catch is they say they're usually slutty in their own circles. Who knows.

You have pockets of pubs and clubs scattered outside the center but you better be ready to commit to them as they're not really walking distance from each other. I haven't been but Retro (Prague 2) might be worth a shot. I've heard Cross Club has some nice alternative talent but it's way out in Prague 7 and doesn't get started until late. Judging by dontuan's impressions it might not be all that it's hyped to be.

Black guys get their groupies, but they still need game for the attractive ones. I saw a couple of guys slumming it with chubbies for no reason. One of them told me Czech girls are better than American girls.

There's no shortage in Prague, exotic factor means nothing. When you see groups of American fratboys running down the street while 2 different hostels get in a verbal argument in Spanish while the Japanese are taking pictures of it all, stick a fork in it.

I'd say Czech girls are mostly skeptical and jaded these days. The most open girls were any girls who were not Czech: Ukrainian, Russian, Finnish, Italian.

Also there are a lot of Americans and Chinese in Prague. So much that I didn't feel I was in Czech Republic at times.

If I had a pound for every time a girl babbled those thoughts... Especially in Czech and Poland.

I get the feeling Prague is what's in store for the rest of Eastern Europe in the coming years, if not already. Even the scenery got to me, Western chains and advertisements litter the Old Town.

I'd say the best bet for a traveling player is daygame, or stay in Prague 2/3 and try out the local bars.

Also I found Tretters a good place to pre-game before hitting up the clubs - right next to James Dean. Slightly older and more upscale crowd at Tretters at least in the winter.

Wasn't a huge fan of Prague night game-wise as it's been destroyed by the stag party dudes and mass amounts of tourists in the summer, but in winter I thought it was ok. Day game is probably still good. But I think you need to hit up clubs in Prague 2 and 3 on weekends if possible (but also try James Dean & the other ones in the center earlier in the week as they will be the only place with things going on).

German-Slavic mix is about right, both in terms of looks and culture.

My general experience with Prague: if you have great game, then you'll enjoy it. The nightlife is mediocre, and daygame is very random, some days the flow is good some days not so much. But it's easy to get around and the the culture is sexually open, so ONSs could happen, and there are some, not many, but some, truly hot girls. This means if your game is tight and you have a high approach-to-lay ratio then there's enough hotties to feast on and you will have a great time. However, for intermediates and below there's just not enough numbers of hot girls to cut your teeth on.

That's why you have such wide disparity in how people view Prague. I've seen it myself, some guys I've met will clean up and nail a new 7/8+ week after week when they put in the effort, other guys are dry for months even with regularly going out, there's not as much in between.

will post a quick data sheet on prague since i was just there with a friend of mine.

for a fact i get a feeling there is a party happening every day of the week in prague. i did a small walk on sunday and could see people going out/inside of bars and clubs - roxy, harleys.

thursday - started at this place - Kunětická 2534/2. knew about it from cs, and this was away from the center. as i walked towards it, there was this university and a lot of students were getting out of that building and walking right towards the bar. i guess its quite popular with the local students. the area however is a desert , there are just residential places and first time even though all the students went inside a bar, i didnt believe that was a bar. its quite well hidden. anyways after i went in , the atmosphere was lively. you could tell its very local. however everyone is sitting on tables in groups and might be difficult to game. but the girls were czech and i think there was good talent overall. since i was with some cs, i made a mental note to come back to this place again. anyway after that me and a friend, went to a place called bombay bar - not so good, decent crowd with some oldies. moved to M1. nice and packed. mostly young and cute. had to leave early due to work the next day. just talked to some but didnt manage to engage seriously. i am still learning the game so i think was not that successful. but i have a feeling a guy with tighter game could make more headway at M1.

friday - a friend of my friend invited us to a party at a place (apparently recently opened) called fancy club - plays hip hop , r&b. i and my friend pre-gamed at this place called cafe atmosphera. the beer is not the cheapest but a czech friend of mine recommended this place. its close to the charles bridge and he told a many students go there. the bar is downstairs and the ambience is pretty relaxed. we went in around 5 and it was a bit empty , stayed till 6 and there were only a sprinkling of people there - didnt look like students though. then went to have dinner and we came back to the same place at around 8:30 and now it was packed. not a single seat to sit and this time the crowd was young and gameable. but we left since its not the place where we could stand.
we bought some alcohol off the mini markets and were in the groove by the time we got into the club fancy. first its a very small place, just the bar and the space in front of it as a dancing area. then some seating area next to it , just a couple or more couches. first impression - cute young czech girls but dressed very fancy. luckily me and my friend looked the part. there were some black dudes too, i think girls were open to them also. the music was hip hop and some american pop music thrown in. we were just drinking and then dancing a bit. made some moves to talk to girls but nothing came of it. then i was at the bar when this hot girl (def a 9) came up and stood next to me with her friend. even though i moved a bit away, she kept her body on me. i commented on her ring, for she smiled and said something i didnt understand anyways. and before i could make further headway another girl butted in saying she wanted a drink. i didnt care , started chatting up the new girl. esp since she was the few black girls and her body was top notch. anyway i stared talking a lot to her, flirting a bit, push pull etc. it was going well and we were going to dance, then her friend came in and started talking to her. she told me , oh sorry i didnt mean to be rude. for some reason i said, well you can be rude to me afterall you are her friend. and this impressed the friend and she told the chick this guy is a keeper. then we continued talking again , when my friend (he doesnt game so much) started getting bored and wanted to bounce places (we had already decided we would change venues after a particular time no matter what happened). anyways the chick told me there is another party tomm and she will give me more details about it. so i figured i can continue this tomm and told her i have to leave and she gave me her fb. then i with my friend(and his friends) were leaving the venue. i was already a lil drunk and in a nice flow. at the coat check, i saw this extremely cute skinny girl - face a 9, body a 6. i just pointed at her and made a symbol that she looked hot. she was visibly pleased and smiled and said thank you from the distance. the guy with her kind of didnt like it and put a protective hand next to her (not on her).

anyways we left and went james dean. it was good but we stayed only for a bit and then moved to another venue. i dont remember the name of the place. but we went it, reminded me of bars in america. big tv screens everywhere and bright lights. it was packed but seemed for a older crowd. i told my friend lets just go back to fancy. so we headed back. and we got in but the black chick was missing so was the red one. anyways i started dancing and then some chick started dancing - she told me she is just here to have fun. and nothing more but fun, she is a lesbian in a relationship. i didnt say anything, just trying to understand what she was even telling me. by the time i could figure out we were making out. after that my friend told me that she was already making out with another guy before. before i could make sense of that, that girl pulled me again and told me she is from england and that she traveled to india, loves indian food. she was 7 on looks and 9 on body. so i said fuck it and started grinding and making out. a lot more of it. then i saw the red chick from before. i really wanted to talk to her since she had this intense look on face which i dig in a chick. so i went upto her and was talking nicely. but i could sense the guy next to her was not so receptive. and then the english pulled me again and we were dancing again and this back nd forth continued for a while. eventually i cudnt seal the deal with the english chick. while there was the cockblocking guy with the red chick. anyways i and my friend left, took a takeaway from burrito loco opposite m1. was heaven for 125 koruna.

monday - went to this latino party club, la macumba. its a bit off from the center. it was packed, czech and a sprinkling of brazilians. i really liked the atmosphere, very festive and people were dancing enthusiastically. managed to dance but didnt manage to pull anything substantial. left and went to harleys at around 1:30. place was packed and i was surprised. but this i suppose is mostly tourists. i was at the bar, some girl next to me was smoking struck a conversation with her. but she was not interested. approached some other girls but nothing successful. but i did see people hooking up a lot here, lot of make outs within 30 minutes. but later on i also saw the same dudes withuot those girls. the music was good so i stayed till 4 before calling it a day.

tuesday - i had set a date with the kazak girl for tonight. she told me that she was exams on wednesday, i said no worries ill cook her some food at home and she can study at my place etc. then i told her i am leaving to krakow the next day and not coming back to prague. forgot to mention that she was on erasmus and leaving in 20 days. she was like so we will never meet again. i said yeah pretty much right. then she flaked. frustrating.

so overall in my opinion prague is a good place as mentioned by so many other people, i didnt have strong game but if i did i think i would have got one notch atleast. a czech guy i met also recommended - wagon , akropolis and roxedo.fx or something like that.

To be fair, day time is decent on weekdays as there are some cute girls walking around, but night time is the biggest sausage fest I've ever seen. Schools out, come back in September and its on. Prague has talent that rivals Budapest or any other Eastern Europe city. The Anglo American university attracts fairly rich stunners from Eastern Europe to FSU countries. I've gone year round and summer is def not the best time to visit.

As has been posted before, I think the best thing about Prague is not the night life in the center, which is largely a hive for Western European, Australian and American tourists, but the 'suburbs' if you like. The girl on the metro, in the shopping mall (did you go to Palladium?) at the market...

In the center like prague 1, 2 it's just a theme park...czech girls are just working there, if they are there at all.

Make some czech friends, and let them show you the Czech places

Ok that's what I figured. I won't rule this place out completely then.

I'm just amazed at how few women there are right now. It's especially a shocker since I came directly from Poland before this where I was blown away by how good it was.

You are not the only one who has noticed. I was there 2 years ago and then back again last month. There was a big change in attitude and also in the availability of young girls.

Walking around you do not see that many beautiful feminine girls, compare this to Krakow or Budapest and Prague is very poor. I think at this point Czech Republic is like a slightly better version of Western Europe.

I put this down to modernism and the Czech liberal way of life. Atleast they do not take it to the extreme like in the West, which makes it only slightly better.

Prague is not a place where you can just fly in, go where the crowds are, and find lots of hot girls (unlike Wroclaw or Poznan for instance).

Let's say you come on a Saturday in early June, and go to the crowded Old Town Square. All you will see are old tourist groups. Then you go to the famous Dlouha street at night...now you'll be surrounded in a giant sausage fest of stag parties, as students are studying for exams.

Prague is a place where you need detailed info on exactly where/when to go. Then you'll see more 8s that speak perfect English, than in any other country I've been to except Ukraine (and I've been to Russia, Poland, Croatia, Romania and most EE places).

The local beauties usually start off at either KU Bar (20-28), CoCo bar (20-30), Tretters (25-30ish) or Fancy lounge (16-22). I personally have alittle social circle there of the current DJ and ex promoters of M1. Just matter what you're looking for because the Czech girls complain that M1 has to many Russians now. But I still love it because they play top 40 hip hop and RnB and that's where the top talent and escort and strippers go after there shift is over. Don't get a table here because girls will use you for drinks and bounce an fuck a guy having a good time or the escorts will target you. Just chill by the bar or dance floor and approach.

Ps. I've fucked 2 escorts from this place and didn't have a clue till after the fact. I didn't pay of course they just took a liking to me and had seen me in the venue with other chicks prior to that particular night.

I was in Prague a couple of weeks back for 3 nights Fri-Mon. For the most part, the old town centre, is a huge sausage fest - the worst place I've been to as far as the sheer number of stag parties ... BUT ... most of these guys have no game, are way too drunk, dress terribly/are in bad shape ... OR ... all of the above!!

This of course does cause problems with the amount of girls to go for, and their attitudes sometimes, but I think really it is made out as a bigger deal than it actually is. The majority of the guys on here are way way above the majority of the guys out there - many don't approach at all

I only went out properly 2 nights - Fri/Sat. The best plan for me was to start in Bombay on Dlouha around 8/9, then Harleys across the road around 11/12, then M1 after, around 2/3. In between the hordes of losers I found plenty of decent targets - tourists and locals, very receptive and pulled a nice Slovakian girl (21) on my first night (+1 new flag). Saturday was also good for me - was getting with a hot Russian for a while in Harleys but lost her somehow (still have no idea what happened), went M1 solo after and met a different Slovak - went home with her, everything else but no bang.

Overall I really enjoyed Prague - the nightlife options in the centre aren't huge but I liked them and the girls were varied and mostly hot. Although, next time I definitely want to get away from the centre and see what else is on offer

Other cool places were the Cuban cocktail/cigar bar not far from the square (think I'd be a local at this place if I lived here) and also George - a world class steakhouse just round the corner.

I was out last night, arrived around 11:30pm and I have to say if you're planning to get into James Dean or M1 try to get there earlier. From what I could see people were queuing up outside the two venues, from first glance it looked like a ration of 70:30 men vs women.

I hopped around in different venues after being put off by the lines, first Aloha, ratios weren't spectacular nor impressive quality. Then to Harley's which was roughly 75:25 dudes to chicks, the girls seemed receptive but from what I could see a fair amount of tourists too.

My last destination was Nebe which I can confirm is a place for friends to go out and just party together, it seemed like everybody was part of a group or some sorts.

Looking forward to going out a few more times in the next few days or so, especially to this Nation2Nation gig.
