Find the guys who fit your profile as a person and pay attention to those threads. There are a few posters on here I pay close attention to because that person has had similar life and travel experiences to me. There are other posters I don't read or threads I never bother with because it's not what I need, nor the type of person I am.

If you notice, an overwhelming number of my posts are related to traveling. I've done enough of it where I can provide valuable information as well as absorb information to make my travel experiences even more positive. I have no need to post much in the lifestyle thread because I'm settled in my career and have useful networks already in my life.

There is an easy way to tell if someone's advice/thoughts are bullshit or not......try them out yourself.

You find out real quick who has good info and who has speculation posing as fact.

I can't quite figure it out, but think it has something to do with a misunderstanding of the social games that people play. To a hater the conversation is nothing other than a king of the hill game. They want to play too, and think the way to win is to push other people off of the top of the hill. Hence they see no need to contribute anything. And as they are only interested in playing king of the hill, they come across as jealous of those above them. They are bitter because they are inept, and can't even understand the rules of the game that others are playing around them. They write like a dork because of the general stupidity that has led them to misunderstand the game in the first place. They use cliches because the never have an original thought; see general stupidity.

Some of the haters are troubling. Just knowing that people like manboobs are out there makes the world a worse place. People change up their IPs and post under different names, just to repeat slander and malign someone they don't know. There are some broken brains out there playing some broken games.

I read the OP on my phone as I was waking up this morning. And, maybe it's just me, but the kind of forum that dude seems to want sounds terrible to me. Would you actually want to go on a forum that was full of dudes trying to impress each other with their lifestyles and one-up each other with pictures of cars and girls or whatever? That sounds like a forum for high school girls.

The best approach to this forum is to dig for the data and take any forum member's personal experiences and stories with a grain of salt. They may or may not be stretching the truth, but more importantly with almost anything peoples experiences and tastes vary. What maybe good for John may stink for Jake.

I do like the idea of a private or trusted member forum that hunter suggested, though.

Here's a guy who posted on the Toronto thread. He claims that Toronto is so good that he came back more than once to kill it over here.

Now he stated that he doesn't have a facebook page but has two on his blog/signature. So basically the Gmanifesto is a thing not an actual person or a spirit of lifestyle. So the spirit has to always take the high road because it wouldn't jive if it didn't. He had to kill in Toronto even if he's never been there it's just what it is. My G spirit is in Paris for the weekend killing it as I type this custom suit at a high end lounge. Data sheet to follow.
