Does anyone know how to deal with a girl who ignores you for no good reason?

I spent an evening talking to a really cute girl earlier this June. I vaguely knew her having already spent another evening working behind a bar together. The conversation was one of those deep rapport type situations where you naturally connect but since she had a boyfriend and was off on a six week vacation, I just treated it as a fun, interesting chat and made no attempt to show any active interest in her. I have not seen her again until recently. Twice in the last three weeks I've met her by chance and at first but she wouldn't look at me when I was with her and five other bar staff and last night she acted like she didn't know me when she arrived by chance at a bar I was in. Since I'm almost certainly going to meet her again at some point, I need something to say. But any ideas on the weird behaviour and how do you deal with it? It wouldn't matter so much as a rule but I'm going to have to work another shift with her in the next couple of months and I could do without the bother. She is good looking, though...

Ignore her first and go talk to other hot girls. Just the act of worrying what you need to do to "fix" this situation puts you in a week position.

What does SHE need to do to start acting right? That is the question you need to ask yourself.

Don't get spooled up over it.

And don't try to figure out what is going on in her mind.
