Nice Clip Sabra, Inquisitive me had to research a little. Slubu yes that is the guy from Lonely Island , his name is Jorma Taccone.

I downloaded few episodes of the show Girls and will post my review.

As for the right things done by the boy ...

1 and 2 mentioned by sabra are right

3. His body language (Indifference)

4. Leading the girl not looking back and girl follows...

5. Isolation

6. Smoking Game

7. Puts the cig out using HUMOR.

8. Acting as if he is not interested in girl and wants her roommate (Indifferent again)

9. Displays Pre-Selection by models) and passes the shit test of being a player in the same sentence again using humor and agrees and amplifies.

10. Finally Going Direct : " Let me tell you something, The first time I fuck you I might scare you a little ......... because I am a Man and I know how to do things"

Going to remember this line just for the fun of it , I'm sure I'll use it soon

"Girls" Review : Piss Poor Girl Talk, I can't stand it , No more for me. I watched till saw the scene in the 3rd episode and couldn't ake the irritating , monotonous girls voices any more .......

There's a few more things he did right in the clip too, if someone wants to go for extra credit.

Thanks for posting the other video. It is missing one scene, so watch the other one if it works, but its poor quality.

I agree about Girls - not really worth the time. But it does have two things going for it. One is that it breaks down the alpha/beta thing pretty well.

The other is that it does a good job capturing the brooklyn hipster scene right now. There's very very few movies or shows that manage to capture any part of the essence of New York. Tons of shows and movies try, but almost none get it. Spike Lee does. So does Woody Allen, that movie Kids, The Warriors, Seinfeld, maybe a few others. Girls obviously isn't in that category, but it does seem to get it.
