The title pretty much says it all. Lately I have not been able to cum while having sex. It's nice being able to last but I mean eventually I just want to bust in/on the girl. I have been wearing "Fire and Ice" condoms as of late, perhaps this could be the reason why? Perhaps related is that I haven't been ableto achieve a full strength boner as of late. Since you are 18 I am going to assume it is a fitness issue. The lower your body fat the faster you'll go, once you get to sub 5% body fat should be easy. If it still doesn't work go see a dr.

could be a number of things. I agree with basilransom on this one (although it's extremely irresponsible advice to have unprotected sex). I usually just take off the condom and go raw if I'm having trouble finishing. Raw-dogging never fails... Fire & Ice condoms are awful. The tingling sensation was unpleasant for me.

Sure sub 5 is low, mine is at 6.5%.

Point is if you're fat though you'll unlikely be able to jizz quickly because your flow of blood to your dick is much weaker. This is the reason why alcohol causes "whiskey dick". If you're in shape you can go much longer when you're drunk versus sober.

Yeah, I have heard that erectile dysfunction can be a symptom of poor health/fitness.

It's the condoms. I last forever on condoms. Try using larger condoms and condoms with a pouch at the end (like trojan ecstasy), they've worked better for me. If a condom is too small, it can restrict blood flow and making coming harder. The fact you have a hard time with condoms probably discourages you and reduces your boner also.

I'm not out of shape at all, I just graduated high school where I plated varaity football and lacrosse and I'm doing ROTC at college next year. I'm in outstanding shape body fat is around 7% (I have a six pack and its visible). Not a problem with the girl at all, she is really fucking hot. Do you think exhaustion could be an issue? Yes you are exercising too much, when you start going to high end athletic training such as running 70-80 miles a week your sex drive falls off. If you are doing that much working out it impacts you. Pretty much your call, try no porn at all no jerking off and no running. If you can't get it going after that go see a doctor.

You might be over working your body. Try to get more sleep as you can allow yourself to get. I had a similar problem like this last year, I deduced it was the result of a diet change and a lack of sleep. I doubled my protein intake, hit the gym, and got at least 6 hours sleep, within 2 days I was back to normal

Co-sign. Pushing your body to the limit will kill your sex drive. I've gone just over a month with zero sex drive (no fap challenge without even trying!) because of the exertion I was putting my body through. Cut out the running but stick to your weight training because of the testosterone boost.

This is terrible advice. Competitive bodybuilders are sub 5% while they are ON STAGE. Your average person at 10-12% body fat will be ripped and have a six pack.

How did you determine you were 6.5% body fat? Did you use calipers? How many places did you measure? Did you use a Bodpod, or other underwater weighing option?

You are throwing out a ridiculous amount of bro-science in your workout posts, and it is largely wrong.

I should be more careful about my wording too bad amost my posts are majority mobile.. I am not suggesting he goes to 5%. I am at 6.5% because I got tested in water, I have high connections because I used to be close o a professional endurance athlete.

Anyway my point for young guys is:

1. Super high end endurance and working out causes lower sex drive
2. Extremely overweight people have sex issues as well

So I was trying to find what kind of body/lifestyle he had. Running 30 miles and working out physically 10 hours a day is likely taking him into category 1.
