Finns skinny? Its clear you never been to finland, its like half of the women have overweight or are just plain fat. One way to distinguish finns from scandinavians and other continentals, they despite slim or fat are almost always round faced, and didnt find them particularly that tall. You are right about the blonde blue eyed part though.

I don't know about Finns being overweight, but they have strong noses. I noticed it when I was dating one and I googled it randomly, Finns have the strongest noses of any European ethnic group. But they don't have the Middle Eastern "hook" nose.

Ahem...strong noses ?! They tend to have rather small noses, "little piggy noses" from my experience.

Thats true, finns have quite often (almost always) infantilized features, meaning by it round faces, high cheekbones, small piggish noses. Strong/sharp noses and slender features overall (long legs, arms slender bodies narrow faces, sharp head/facial profile) are quite common among dutch ,north-west germans and flemish groups. Scandinavians (specially norwegians and swedish people) fall within those two groups. Danes are closer to NW german and dutch group than to finns.

The finns are the opposite of slender and sharp, even some finnish friend joked with me and told me once they finns are like the japanese but blond and blue eyed.

The Finnish girls I knew also have piggy noses, you could see straight up there
