Say to her, after 1-3 days of the silent treatment (use your judgement on how long you think you should make her wait):

"So are you sorry?"

If she acts catty and tells you she's not sorry or she doesn't understand what she should be sorry for, delete her number.

But if she apologizes, you then get to set the frame for the relationship going forward... "Look, I don't want to fight over stupid shit. I'm glad you understand this."
