This solid 8 who seems to be open to coming out with me, but she seems kinda quiet and shy. How should I go about getting this girl to come out with me?

if she IS open then no need for anything special. as for her shyness be more empathethic towards her, make her comfortable and relaxed in your presence, let her warm up and get opened to the idea of you seducing her. it might take some time like 15-30 mins but it's worth it. first she has to be interested to let hersefl become excited and finally turned on physiologically later. just keep moving forward but don't rush or do anything confrontational cause that will make her defensive, she will close and when she's closed she's closed, it will slow things down 10 times.
