Being aggressive in No No?
I think the difference between Aggressive (dominant alpha) and Desperate (horny dog) is paper thickness.

I've been working on not to show too much interest but I blew this girl I could bang this weekend.

I approached her and she started complimenting about my height non stop. I did some dance with her and kissed her briefly. (I think kissing part was ok since I finished first and she came back to kiss more)

She kept complimenting about my looks to the point I was kind of getting annoyed. I knew this girl wanted to get laid by me.

She was visiting from out of state and going to leave tomorrow.
So I had to close the deal that night.

Here are my mistakes.
Since she was all over me, I felt like I had a right(?) to put my hands on her ass. I grabbed her ass few times which clearly sent her a message 'I want to fuck the shit out of you tonight'

The last call is 1AM. I asked her around 12:30am, we should go somewhere after the club. She started saying 'I am a classy girl, I don't do that when I meet someone first time blah blah'
I just agreed with her by saying 'I know you are a classy lady blah blah'

She wanted to go to the restroom and it looked like she wanted me to follow her. I felt I should stay at the table and she was gone after that.

I learned, if I want to bang the chick that night, I should keep everything minimal. (cuddling, kissing, grinding)
I shouldn't send out any messages that I would try to bang her.
I shouldn't ask her to go to somewhere too early. I should just wait till the club ends and go from there.

I think I should be aggressive in approaching chicks (don't be afraid of hot ones, keep approaching after rejections) but once I am in the door (she has interests in you) , I think it's better to stay aloof.

Sometimes, I think we (as men) try to make too much sense out of women's behaviour, when their actions are completely ambiguous and irrational.

Given a choice between two courses of action, it is always easy to conclude "well, here you should've done the opposite and it would've worked" when in fact there is no clear guarantee (since we're talking about women here).

I agree. It could've been the same even if you did something different.

I am just saying, I think I shouldn't do risky things.
Kissing briefly, cuddling little bit is ok. But licking her lips like crazy and grabbing her ass is a risky move.
I can ask if she has a plan afterwards and if she drove by herself. But asking her to go to your house before club ends is a risky move.

Being agressive can be fun and entertaining. I think it can also accelerate your learning because you take more chances and have deeper experiences.

All young males should be aggressive at least once or twice (or 1000 times) in their lives.

The technical difference between dominant and pushing too hard is giving the expression that you can walk away from it at any moment.

As an example, if you're making out with a girl, quickly escalate a little, say, grab her ass or something, but only for a second or so and then back off completely and act as though nothing out of the ordinary happened. If you do it right, the whole thing will be over before she has time to say in her head 'Woah, this is going too far!'
