When she went to the bathroom my female friend came over and as we chatted she said You know she has a boyfriend she is really into. Now I understood the blonde's behavior- she didn't want to flirt in front of a girl who knew her boyfriend. Normally, I don’t give a fuck about boyfriends and game as usual but in this case I had second thoughts. My female friend whom I have only known for a few months has a wide social circle and she has introduced me to a lot of people in the area and this has led to one bang so far. Plus she had an obvious case of hot girl syndrome that even being over 30, divorced, with two young children had not yet put the a dent in.

But the date continued and we moved to a dive bar. When we parked the venue I went for a kiss and got the pull away after a second and the I like to take things slow comment. A lie 95% of the time and a bad sign 100% of the time. The bar had some atrocious live music and we had a couple of drinks. The conversation never really lagged ,but then I am skilled at keeping a conversation going. I kinoed her a bit and was surprised she kinoed me back frequently and was giving me reasonably good body language. The typical mixed signals situation. I didn’t want to stay out too late in a weekday when I knew there was no chance of a bang so I took her back to her car. Went for the goodnight kiss and got nothing but a dry perfunctory one even shorter than the first.

This was a failed date. I won’t call her again. I did a post- game analysis and don’t think I made any major mistakes. Perhaps I should have been a bit more badboyish, I’m not sure. After reading this thread, I know I've got to get out of Northern California. Hearing about these aggressive women on the east coast is really very intriguing.

I used to go out to the bars in SF with a guy who was the spitting image of a 30-something Brad Pitt - probably the best looking guy I've seen in the city - and he didn't get opened as much in one week as Mr. XY seems to get opened every night.

It makes me question whether the cultural differences among women, geographically, in the US are greater than I thought.

There are a couple of special circumstances that contribute to this. First, I live in a Florida beach resort town and this study has been going on during the summer tourist season. When women go on vacation away from their hometown, social circle, and boyfriends, many of them are looking for some easy casual sex. In my experience tourist girls are far more open to meeting a new guy and even aggressive and sexual than the average girl in her normal life. Now that the summer season is over, this sort of behavior will be encountered less.

The key to getting a younger girl is for her not to feel you are too much older than she is. So you have to treat her as a sort of equal. It also helps to dress and act younger, which I do. The big problem which is difficult to overcome is her friends. They will give her shit for dating an older guy. First of all, let me apologize to readers of this thread for the long delay in updating. Life intervened, and all the work and projects I have going on have left me with little extra time and energy over the last couple of months. But I hope to make it up to you with my next few posts; I’ve had some fun and sometimes crazy mini-adventures that should provide some entertainment. I’ll be posting several updates this week which will bring the thread fully up to date

Approaches # 32,33,34 I approached three girls in succession in a music nightclub but don’t recall any details of them due to lapse of time. Got blown out each time.
