it could go two ways, firstly by you not jumping at the chance to be her lapdog u have showed high value orrrrrrrrrrrr you didnt strike while the iron was hot so your ego/pride has just stopped u getting a bang

if you actually had other plans that resulted or will result in a lay or some other satisfaction, what difference does it make?

if your 'other plans' were sitting in front of a computer or TV the whole weekend than absolutely you made a bad move.

Nah. If the girl was actually into you, this simple fix will resolve problem:

1. Get her info ASAP
2. Contact her with some excuse, lake-related or otherwise
3. Tell her you should hang out

If she declines, she was tire-kicking you through your friend.
