Bear in mind that Tantra is a philosophy, it is basically Buddhism for the material world. If this interests you generally, the book you identified is a good one.

I don't think it's necessary to go that deep if you are looking for sexual energy play. I suggest starting with something like David Shade's "Secrets of Female Sexuality" to connect with a sexually dominant mindset. As you develop a more dominant set of beliefs you will find the polarity between your dominance and her submissiveness will create amazing opportunities for energy play.

"Tantra" traditionally was the teachings outside of the accepted Hindu Vedas. Some were sexual, some not. Agreed about 'the scene'. Mostly posers. And heavy conversations about 'protocols'.

My comments are directed to turning out 'regular' women. I have yet to meet a woman who did not love to be dominated in the bedroom. I was just wondering which one gives the deepest understanding of tantra. Here's what one guy who was practicing yoga for a few years wrote about tantra/kundalini:

Question for you. We've all heard of Tantra however I always question how real it really is. Is it really true you as a guy can have multiple orgasms? Is it really true you orgasm but don't come and can then keep going? Is that healthy as I've heard mixed things on that if it is even possible?

i have had multiple orgasms a handful of times but i wouldnt directly attribute it to tantra. and by multiple i mean came, stayed her and inside her and then fucked again to orgasm some many minutes later.

for me at least, tantra is a way to synchronize the bodies and consciously exchange energy. syncing the breathing and sharing breath even is a great way to get the bodies to attach to each other.

This is a bit of a chicken and egg situation. The reason I bumped this thread is the awesome feedback loop you can create dominating and rocking a woman's world. Once you start to do it the masculine vibe you put out makes it easier and easier to attract women. It's like they smell it on you.

Can you delve more into how a man can achieve this? I'm very interested in doing this because in the last year or so the time in which I can last during sex is hit or miss. ok so the first thing in lasting a long time is to have frequent sex, there is no way around it. practice and being comfortable knowing that you're getting sex now, you'll get it later and the next day help tremendously. if it is the most exciting thing you've done in a month and you dont when you'll get laid next, the energy will be too great.

one visualization technique that i've used is as follows. imagine a circle between your dick, her pussy, her heart, your heart, and your dick. and then imagine an energy flow that starts inside you, radiates from your dick inside her, up into her heart, into you, and so on. tell her about it. think about it. actually make the visual image occur in your mind. see the energy move out of you into her and energy move from her into you. tell her she has to radiate it herself as well. you push from your dick she from her heart.

I've got my own specific meditation, I have been studying one particular Male/Female deity combination during the past 8 years. I was just a lurker until reading this thread. It deals with things that can give you a great deal of power and satisfaction. I was compelled to register so I could re-iterate the usefulness of this type of knowledge.

one visualization technique that i've used is as follows. imagine a circle between your dick, her pussy, her heart, your heart, and your dick. and then imagine an energy flow that starts inside you, radiates from your dick inside her, up into her heart, into you, and so on. tell her about it. think about it. actually make the visual image occur in your mind. see the energy move out of you into her and energy move from her into you. tell her she has to radiate it herself as well. you push from your dick she from her heart.
