Story... I've been eyeing this girl for a month. Seen her a couple of times and she's shown subtle interest. I'm talking to a group of girls last night at this club and she comes over to me and says what up. Noticing im doing work she makes some comments about talking to all the girls. I got them to buy me shots. Anyways we dance and then take her over to this seated area. She pretty much tells me "we should hang out..." i ask her "well how are we going to do that???" "take my number..."

I now have the number, but guess what? I don't know what to open her with text. I'm freaked out im going to fuck it up, when i know she'll reciprocate.

I really have a thing for korean/japanese and im going nuts right now because she is totallly my type. I don't act like this with other chicks, because i don't care. How do i condition myself to act like this, with this girl?

Don't worry. Age will condition you. Just enjoy being young and still being capable of getting excited over something as simple as a big dumb animal - i.e., a human female.

I wouldn't worry too much cause it sounds like you have this locked. Play it casual and tell her you are gonna get a drink after work and she can meet you. If you have a place, tell her you got some free time and are about to watch a movie, invite her.

How many other girls are you fucking right now, or close to fucking? I would guess not many, and that is why you feel like this about this girl. Oneitis has a simple cure, start fucking/talking to more girls. If you have two other attractive girls who want you, you will stop obsessing over any one in particular.

Not trying to have a pissing contest, but i want to make it clear. I go crazy over certain type of chicks as I stated. If i was in Japan, maybe things would be different since they are all over the place. The others I just keep in rotation but really don't give a shit whether they stay or leave. Usually what happens is, i meet a new girl to take my mind off the last one. Then again the vicious cycle continues...

I hate it and want to purge this out of my system forever. Meditation?

Since the outcome seems to matter so much to you, say whatever you like and ideally totally fuck it up. Because:
a) we learn best from our mistakes; and
b) girls can smell an outcome-dependent guy from 100 feet.

I have no idea how many Korean/Japanese girls there are out there, but I expect it's in excess of 100 million. Try not to give too much of a fuck about 1.

Fuck a few other Korean/Japanese girls until it isn't a big deal for you anymore. I'm sure you know this of course but the second you make an issue about a single girl and start worrying about stupid shit is when you're fucked. I've made this mistake too many times in the past.

Don't be a jerkoff. You asked for advice about oneitis in the newbie forum and I gave you a solid answer. The same answer many veteran posters on here would have given. I wasn't rude or condescending.

The bottom line, is if you are obsessing over one girl, then you need to get more girls. That's the answer to your problem. If you have other girls in rotation, but keep obsessing over this one girl, then maybe you need to upgrade the girls in your rotation to girls who are more desirable/appealing to you so you stop putting this one girl on a pedestal.

I tried to explain my situation outside of the realm of oneitis. I have a friend who is into spanish chicks and the same thing happens to him.
