From what I understand, ancient Greeks didn't divide the act of sex into male/female and male/male. I'm not even sure Greeks had a word for homosexuality or even thought of it as an orientation. They divided sex between penatrater and penatrated. If you had status, you were the penatrater. If you had lower status(which by default included women, slaves, pubescent boys), you were penetrated.
