Yes, the first time I sucked a dick, I was in Harvard as well. It was a cold and windy night, and I couldn't see that well. I too was thinking about sucking a dick to do someone a favor, not because I'm gay or anything. I woke up this morning, and the first thought I had was, "Wait a minute! I think I wrote the redundant phrase "sexual conversation about girls and sex" in my post last night! And I admitted in the same post that I went to Harvard! These guys are going to think I'm an idiot!"

I regret that mistake a lot more than I regret sucking dick.

I was once at a writing forum at Harvard that included the economist John Kenneth Galbraith, and he mentioned that once you've finished writing something, ideally you should put it away for a few months and then take it out to do further revisions, because at that point you're going to notice all kinds of problems that you didn't notice when you were first working on it. It's one of the best bits of wisdom I got during my Harvard years, and I regret that I haven't followed it more often. I should've just drafted my post and waited a few hours before actually posting it, but I was too eager to jump into the conversation.

You know, even though I basically wish those dick-sucking episodes had never happened--they wouldn't have happened if I hadn't been precociously horny and repressively parented at eleven, and if I hadn't later been stuck in the sexual semi-desert that Harvard at least used to be--I do have to say that, if you're the sort of person who's a connoisseur of novel experiences, you could do a lot worse than sucking dick. It really has a unique quality. A dick is just about the rubberiest, bounciest thing you're ever likely to put in your mouth, way more so than, say, a hot dog.
