Yeah, it's jail, but it isn't hard time. I think it's bullshit that he has to do even a day (he didn't beat up his ex...there would have been pics of her bruised face leaked. They had some kind of "altercation," which could mean anything), but he'll probably just do pushups and situps everyday and come out in even better shape.

Even disregarding his fighting skills, he has money and connections to get protection. If he doesn't know anyone, he probably knows someone who knows someone who he can get money to. As long as he doesn't run his mouth at the people protecting him he'd be fine.

Clark County Jail is a shit hole.

I've had friends do time there. It's filthy, but there isn't the gang drama you'd fine in state prison.

Mayweather rolls deep and he'd be fine in GP.

A lot of guys don't want to go to protective custody.

PC is for rats, pedophiles, and rapists.

Man is a social animal, and most guys would rather be in GP than spend 3 months with the lowest of the low.

Jail is shitty under the best circumstances, but Mayweather will survive.

Protective Custody. He won't have a choice. Because of who he is and the nature of county jail, people will fuck with him just to pass the time, so he will be put in seg from the get go and stay there for the remainder of his sentence.

Besides his rep as a fighter, money plays a good part in this. A celebrity can go to jail/prison and come out like nothing happened. Think of hiphop stars like Lil Wayne.
The media had made images that he was bald, but he still has those long ass dreads. Basically, a broke guy hits the pen, he has to suffer the full on prison enviroment.

You never heard Martha Stewart folding some butch's clothes in prison do you?

I've read some books and watched some films and known some cats and prison fights are dirty. It's not about put your dukes up mate and let's go at it, it's about getting jumped, choked, getting your balls grabbed etc.

That's why some cats see a trained athlete washing cats in fights and they think it translates to wild animals.

I'm just saying it may not be as simple if he is trapped in general public with some 300 pound gym prison rat who wants to be the first to bugger a pretty boy.

Martha went into federal prison. Its gravy in federal prison. Except for the lack of nani, its cake walk. My boy got out of federal prison out here in Texas and said he loved it.

Federal prisons for white collar or non-violent prisoners are more like dormitories. Some don't even have walls or fences around them I've heard. You still don't have your freedom, but there are far worse ways to do your time.

That's just it...it isn't clear if he "hit" her or not. There was some kind of physical confrontation, but there were no specific details as to what actually happened. He could have grabbed her, shoved her, etc. etc. I know there was something about him taking her cellphone, but again, these kinds of things happen between men and women every day. Chris Brown hit Rihanna, and we got the pictures of the results of that. Women hit men regularly, and if they do anything other than try to cover their faces and cower, they get brought up on some kind of charges. Men are barely allowed to defend themselves when women are involved.

Mayweather has the best lawyers out there and he has fame. No way someone in that position is going to jail for 90 days for simply grabbing a cellphone. I would believe it if its the average guy, but no way a rich guy's lawyers let him go 90 days for domestic violence if he never hit her. I mean when was the last celebrity you saw go 90 days to jail for hitting a woman? Chris Brown certainly didn't.
