I've been watching and studying how and what girls eat and when for the past 6 mos or so this is what I've noticed..

Most of them wont lift a finger to get food even if they're hungry. They will wait until you make or get something they can join in on.

Most of them will eat snacks and never meals unless they are at a cookout or food is presented to them by buying them dinner etc.

Bacon is a go to food in the house these days. They will fry up some bacon from time to time. Eggs? too hard.

They think Wendys is healthy and natural compared to McDonalds.

Girls who claim they are awesome in the kitchen are not. They can cook a few things but only for something they think is special.

They don't care when or if you eat or are hungry unless they are hungry which means they will eat too.

They're fake vegetarians and manifest fake food allergies. "I'm allergic to beef" Eats the steak you made and said because there was no bone in it.
"I don't eat chicken" She does. Eat a whole bag of my daughters nuggets. Pork..Same etc..etc..

If someone from their past had a weird food phobia like. I'll have a seizure if I eat candy corn. They develop a fake version to be cool or interesting.

7-11 is now a place to grocery shop and get lunch.

They love sushi but don't know how or what to order. They want to order the good shit but are stuck ordering the same things the girls get in the lunch special..California roll..Tampa roll..

They need to snack constantly on the water. Chips etc. An excuse to do it in front of me?

American Latinas..Will try to get you to take them to places they would never pay for with their own cash. If they ever go to these places with girlfriends the bill is dissected and split to the penny.

They tip for shit even though they got great service and or freebees.

They will box leftovers and leave it in your car everytime unless it's crazy good shit.

They love Mexican but again can't order. "I'll try the chicken taco salad"

They turn into wolverines at Dennys after 2am.

They love soda

They hate water..Boring

I have more but would like to hear from you guys on this too. I can't remember the last time I was laying watching TV and some good food came around.

One more..They hate to waste food. They will get pissed if you waste something yet they waste five times more food than any guy I ever met. They hold onto things that are expired just because they don't want to be wasteful.

This is why "how well she handles me calling her a fattie 5+ times a day" is one of the first criterion for a girlfriend. The girl Im dating now dealt with it well and I've gotten her to clean up her diet immensely and get into yoga.

Like a lot of things with females, proper application of surgical strike game can solve the problem.

LOL Great. I have to much experince with this from my years. Work I was the only dude and had to cook meals. These girls would cook the most horrid shit when it was their turn to cook. Then after work I would go hang out with broads and look at the mess they would serve me for snacks.. then hunger-over after a bang I would cringe when these broads would try and cook me breakfast.

This one girl burnt minute rice.

One girl fried bacon, took half cooked noddles and put cream of mushroom soup on it.

Oh yeah they love cream of mushroom soup.

A female will eat a whole box of "organic" crackers and claims she's healthy

They pack their fridges full of organic foods they have no idea how to cook.

They drink to much wine, a bottle to themselves. Then ridicule you for going out to party and having some drinks with the boys.

They are all "Vegetarians" AKA I eat nothing but carbs and carrot sticks

After the bar if I am supper trashed I got to Mcdees.. I'll get two small cheeseburgers, maybe small fries, and a water to drink. The female: "Hi I'll get the Big Mac Meal, with chicken nuggets and 2 apple pies." They claim they are sharing but then take the whole bag of food inside with them acting like you don't notice lol.

Their all day snaking easily will blow my calorie intake per day away. Then they cry when they get fat

Some of the best cooks I know are big black sisters.. I have no shame in using them for good meals.

I've sat and watched then asked..When girls cook they turn the burner up to high..I ask or tell them not to and they say it makes the food cook faster.

They do the same with the A/c and heat. Turn it up to 80 when it's 40 in the house.

I often hear girls brag that they can't cook.

Yet they spend hours sharing recipes on social networking sites and keep the Food Network in business.

Women can't work with raw ingredients. If it doesn't come in a box from trader joe's (cook at 30 minutes at 350 degrees), they aren't cooking it.

The skinny girls are still really unhealthy.

Following the "calories in, calories out" principle, they avoid gaining weight by eating only 800 or so calories a day - that's a skinny vanilla latte from Starbucks for breakfast, a cupcake for lunch, and two classes of wine for dinner.

When you cook for a woman, they are like stray dogs. Once you feed them, they will forever come over looking for food.

They think you're a god because you'll throw some coconut oil on a cast iron skillet, pan sear it, and finish it in the oven. Even baking some salmon from Costco is watched with amazement. Throw some salt and a sliced lemon on the salmon, and they think you've done magic.

"How do you know how to do all of that?"

Women get really angry when their blood sugar drops. They don't realize what's going on. You have to remind women to eat.

I don't even allow girls in my kitchen. I know they will fuck something up as simple as baked salmon.

I made my decision after a girl tried cooking the salmon with the plastic still on.

I offer only two hypothesis's:

1. If there's food around, they'd have eaten it.

I meet far more girls than guys who straight up don't cook, and brag about it like MikeCF said. They go out to eat or heat up those shitty 400 calorie premade meals full of soy and vegetable oils. Her conception of healthy is fruit yogurt, orange juice and organic ice cream.

Girls will go on starvation diets, and tell everyone in a hundred mile radius about it. They don't look like concentration camp prisoners because they make up the calorie deficit with ice cream and alcohol. Saw this with my own eyes from living with girls - they'd eat fucking spinach for dinner and then party with their friend Andre for six hours followed by after hours with Ben & Jerry.

Spend enough time in college cafeterias and supermarkets, and it'll become very clear that fat people eat the most and the worst. You see the contents of their selection and think, "it's no god damn mystery why you're fat."

I was in this girl's apartment a while back, and the only food in her fridge was fucking Ballpark Hot Dogs. There's no better way to say "I'm a dumb no class hoe" than a fridge full of food unfit for rabid dogs.

Women eat more carbohydrates than men do, was documented in a scientific paper.

BTW the Food Network website is a great source for easy simple tasty recipes.

All too true.

I've found women have that one irresistable thing they have to have and will gorge on it without shame. Usually its some kind of candy.

- starbucks is way up there. Their hamsters tell them its good for them by getting "low fat/cal" versions.
- bagels, bread, pasta anything with starch
- anything with sugar
- anything low fat
- large fries, because they're JUST getting fries.
- drinking most of their calories.


If it has carbs and says its low fat they're going to get it in themselves as fast as possible.

I've also noticed they don't have set "meals" More than once I've been out with a girl and she'll go "i'm kind of hungry lets get food" JUST after we pounded down ice cream or starbucks. They rationalize this as "but its dessert!" They also have no concept of eating past satiety. They'll get a large or in some cases a medium (if they're trying to lose weight) of something extremely sugary/fatty. I love blizzards/mcflurries, but I get the smallest size possible, snack size/mini/whatever. I eat them because I enjoy the taste not because I need a giant thing of ice cream to get me to the next meal. I'll be completely satisfied after a few spoonfuls.

All in all most women can't cook for shit, nearly all of my friends cook for their girlfriends and their girlfriends live off of processed/packaged stuff. Funny thing is though girls look down on the guy who lives off of mountain dew/cheetoes or chicken strips and fries. They are "man children" in their eyes, not sophisticated enough.

It really is amazing when chicks brag about not being able to cook, iron, or do anything else domestic. I met a fatty a few days ago (a friend of a friend, not on my own), who proudly declared that she "irons" by bringing her clothing to the cleaners and can only cook things in the microwave. I only stayed quiet because I knew the guy who introduced us, and he was right there, but on the inside I wondered: "What are you offering the world? You're ugly on the outside and inside. You have no skills. You have a shitty, generic office job that you think sounds impressive. You're not charming. You try to make people laugh by insulting them. If you were 50 pounds lighter, I'd still have a hard time being aroused by you."

Cooking for a girl does, as Mike says, do miracles for getting them to come back. But I never feel good making a nice dinner for a girl who is actually incapable--never mind willing--to do the same for me. It feels dirty, like a sick, uneven bizarro world where I now do everything: approach her, make the plans, regale her with well-polished stories, make her a drink, make her laugh, seduce her, hand her one of my t-shirts to sleep in. Now I also have to do the cooking? Fuck that. What's next: give birth too?

I recently met a chick who actually knows how to cook. She was proud of it. In fact, she might--based on her obvious knowledge--be a better cook than me (and I'm quite competent, for an amateur anyway). She'll be the first chick in at least three months who I'll likely invite for a dinner-at-home date. The last one won the privilege by always doing my dishes (unsolicited) and because she lived in a place with literally no kitchen (a dorm room). She was so grateful to eat "real food," and mourned that I only cooked for her once--but only when I brought it up first. She even took the left-overs and ate them, texting me about how much more delicious they were re-heated. She returned my tupperware clean, while thanking me for the third or fourth time.

After they are "Fucked over" by having to nuke meals for the kids until they get old enough to make their own toaster strudels they go into the "My time" mode.

They're eating out no matter what. Look at the dating profiles...Dinner? Dinner and drinks. Good meal and glass of wine.

I don't get how women can be proud of having nothing to bring to the table but their baseline looks. Were these women raised by the antithesis of Martha Stewart? They can't do shit. They've got this attitude that they're just so inherently high value, they don't have to impress me with anything else. Last I checked, that's what I was supposed to do.

And I have seen the effects of going out to restaurants all the time has on a LTR. I've had buddies whose girlfriends packed on 25 lbs in the course of 5 or 6 months and these couples are no older than 24. It's ridiculous.

I just got a job at a hotel. I was upstairs on the pool deck (it's a pretty baller joint) and I was making an excuse to be up there and stare at tits. There were two girls at the edge of the pool, kinda cute, decent shape, couple of 7s. There was a plate of chocolate chip cookies at the edge of the pool that they were eating. Like they couldn't WAIT to get those carbs in their gut, they had to eat fucking cookies while swimming in a pool. I had to force myself to look away.

Keep in mind, this is in L.A., at a private, members-only rooftop pool, with musicians, models, and power players hanging out. This fattie mindset is working its way up to the top.

The days of vodka and cocaine are being replaced with cookies, apparently.

In my experience, they're never empty. They're full of completely useless shit like raspberry balsamic vinaigrette, like 10 different flavors of salad dressing, 4 open bottles of mustard and ketchup, 2 different kinds of soy or rice milk, a head of rotting iceberg lettuce, a healthy collection of take-out food containers with weeks-old contents, 8 different kinds of juice, never fresh, always pasteurized or from concentrate.

But take a look in the freezer, and ho-HO! It's a bountiful cornucopia of edible treasures in there. Different ice creams, sorbets, frozen pizzas, frozen entrees, rice bowls, in fact freezers are almost always packed to the GILLS, enough to survive a solid month so long as she remembers to pay her electric bill so she can work the microwave.
