RE: Tattooed women outnumber tattooed men
There's a larger issue here someone should write about at ROK. IMO the media's push toward glamorizing tattoos on women is yet another way they're deliberately masculinizing Western women.
It's not enough to have them not having kids, taking power jobs, cursing like sailors, smoking, etc. Now they have to look like "a slightly more voluptuous version of your father" to quote the late, great Frank Zappa.
The media shames anything associated with traditional masculinity and femininity and thus glorifies the inverse. If we're repulsed, well, I bet a lot of other guys are too but are too cowed to say so. So we're left pointing out the Emperor's New Clothes, so to speak.
Anyone who thinks they're "adding" to the beauty of the female body by adorning it with tattoos needs to be bitch-slapped into next week, especially the mindless media-MTV-fashion mag cheerleaders.

RE: Tattooed women outnumber tattooed men
Whenever we think it can't get any worse, it does. There's just no end to it.
How many dots need to be connected, how many outrages do you have to read about, before we draw the inescapable conclusions?
That we're done, done, done. Finished.
Just skimming the "Everything Else" thread right now, I am seeing threads on:
Redneck scum chicks fighting and assaulting each other
Human scum American woman attention whoring during her abortion
More American women have tattoos than men
Et cetera, et cetera.
Every time we think we've hit bottom, we find out that the bottom is even further down. Where does it end? Will women literally devolve into primordial slime, or some other subhuman organism?
If a Tamerlane or a Genghis Khan swept in and destroyed everything, it would be good fresh start. Where are you Tamerlane? We need you now.
I mean, they're barely human now. And I mean that almost literally. Most American women don't even excite me at all. For me, it's foreign or nothing.
I can't even tolerate their presence. I don't want them crossing my field of vision. I don't want them near me. Just being around them drives me into a fury. I have to be honest.

I think this really hits the nail on the head. The last thing nearly any woman actually wants is to be "strong and independent." Feminism is an easy sell when they're young and attractive because it's flattering, encourages them to revel in their peak-SMV power, and absolves them of personal responsibility.
I think we underestimate how profoundly non-individualistic women actually are. Tattoos are a good example. Women aren't getting them because they want to stand out and be different, they're getting them because they're fashionable and all their friends (and celebrities) are doing it. Back when tattoos really were unusual and counter-culture, how many normal girls were getting inked?
Also, look at something like boy bands or Justin Bieber. There's nothing equivalent for men. Women are herd animals that gravitate toward crazes.
Even "red pill" men underestimate just how different men and women are.

The idea that having a tattoo alone makes a woman less feminine, to me, is ridiculous. Perhaps it is because I have a lot of female friends who have tattoos/are tattoo artists that I don't find it to make them masculine.
If you want to rail against BAD/trashy tattoos, by all means, do that. Don't just throw that lot in with others who have intricate, beautiful tattoos that only serve to enhance their looks and gives you a window into what they find important.
Tattoos ruin broads. When they aren't discrete/hidden (surprise factor) or impeccably done/on some tribal cultural things it does little to "enhance" a woman. Tattoos age women and make them look low rent. Period. Anybody that can remember broads without ink can attest how much better they all looked.
This ink trend is on foolish levels. Nobody wants to admit it's a deep and dirty fad.
I can't wait till the next generation of women trolls this crop and goes for compete bare and clean skin, and then almost overnight you will be able to spot the old played out women like a puck on the ice.
Serious question for the men abroad. How is ink in other countries ? Is it creeping up, or is it like in the North America, or non-existent?

That is your opinion, of course.

If you notice, I said the exact same thing, I don't like a woman with bad tattoos.
As to whether this is a fad, I think you'll be disappointed. Tattooed women have been associated with feminist causes, and feminism is only getting started.

To give some background I have two tattoos, so this might be why I'm not concerned with them on women.

You might be shooting yourself in the foot as far as promotion to upper management, depending on your industry. Many people still see tattoos in a negative light, and those people are heavily concentrated in older age brackets and in "conservative" industries like banking/finance. If you're a career-ladder type, I hope your CEO, upper management, and HR are all young and that you don't work in a conservative industry, because otherwise, fairly or not, you're raising all kinds of red flags (example, "this guy doesn't think of the long term consequences of his actions") with those tattoos in many of their minds. If you fall under that category, these folks exert power over your advancement in life, so you'd want to keep hiding them or remove them. If you work in a more "liberal" industry, then this is much less of an issue. Good luck, though.

RE: Tattooed women outnumber tattooed men
Decades? These tattoos will all start looking like shit when this women hit 30 and the skin starts to fray and sag, once they pop out little spawns it's game over. Literally a ticking time bomb for them.
It's all hamster. Look how these women pose in their Instagram photos. That goofy little arm pose where they angle it where the ink has to be shown is extremely tacky. It's no different then a new dog or a engagement ring photo. A new tattoo offers women a reason to attention whore and bait for attention. See how eager any girl is to show her new tat, and see how other women are just as eager to laud her on it and say empty stuff to saw how good the art is.
Like these things will be hula hoops and Pokemon cards in due time. Once you get some loser on CNN or MSNBC News all tatted up hosting a show it will be rock bottom for a already in crisis fad.
If people were honest about it and stay true to the "I don't give a fuck" attitude and just admit it's a sweeping trend I wouldn't mind it. But the inability for people to openly say it when the majority of people have them is telling of their own insecurities which led them to trend hop in the first place (not all of course, but the majority).
Worst tattoo I've seen this week is some broad had her star sign tatted. She was a Aries or a Taurus, I forget and it was poorly done and looked like she had Fallopian Tubes doodled on her side. I trolled her and said that she looked like a sketch in the science books in the chapter everybody glanced at when nobody was looking. She was offended but I told her that what it looked like strait up. Lol. If they bark back if I have any tats I troll them more and say I have a tattoo on my cock and I will happily show them. Lulz. Basic bitches.

I work for myself now so its not even on my radar anymore. I work in a 'conservative' field though and separate my business by running a bit of a 'counter culture' on purpose.
People fly virgin airlines and jet blue either because they don't like normal airlines or they think they are too cool for them. Scion and Mini are brands of cars for people who want to buy an average car but feel like they are 'alternative' I'm like a virgin airlines in my industry and I will take the money of people who both need a legitimate alternative and just those who want to be cool.
