I highly recommend reading all of Michael's free articles. He breaks down western women psychology very well. I read these back in 05 when I was just starting out.

I just stumbled across this blog a few days ago and have been reading a number of his articles: http://www.girlschase.com

It's pretty solid I think. His advice is very much toward the practical/methodical side sort of like Roosh's style. He has a deep understanding of social psychology.

I'm listening to Tyler Durden's audiobook "The Blueprint", you'll learn some new game epiphanies when listening to this and it can get me pretty juiced up about going out to game girls.

Check out Sasha PUA's videos on YouTube, yes his style is different than most, but I've learned some valuable techniques from watching his street game videos.

I do not like materials talking about Theory. they usually talk about how women are this and that, you should be dominant blah blah without giving an example. Most of stuffs are like that.

Funny you should post this link (pun not intended). I have fallen into that trap myself, where I feel like I turn into comedian mode. I can even place the time when this started happening (I was in the beginning stages of an improv group). Good to catch it and work on it now.

Roissy for inner-game and mentality.

For everything else, it depends on where you're at with your own game.

I personally really like Gunwitch's 'Way of Gun' audiobook. Sure, the guy is a now complete nutcase and I think he was sent down like a year ago for shooting someone (lol) but his thinking and methodology is rock solid. He knows what is successful and, unlike a lot of other gurus, he hasn't started down the path of 'enlightenment' with all that self-help bullshit. The audiobook itself can sound a little unprofessional at times, but he sounds genuine and I actually think it's easier to listen to than most other audiobooks around this subject.

Exactly, that's one of the first articles I saw on his site. That's a deep insight that never occurred to me. I think a lot of us get wrapped up in thinking we have to be entertaining and funny to girls. But being an entertainer is not going to get you laid in and of itself.

If you don't have that x-factor to any degree, no amount of game is going to work. So to such a guy, they see game as a sham. It may not be a sham, but this mysterious factor cannot really be taught and if you don't have it, you probably won't fine much success even if you do learn game inside and out. A guy with the x-factor plus game will kill. If he has looks on top of that, he will be a beast.

In my opinion the X-factor is a "sexual state". This why it's hard for some guys to get laid without alcohol. Without liquor they are too inhibited and repress their sexuality.

I like that article. One reason why I like foreign women so much is that they have the sexy walk mastered. Americans across the board (particularly women) are so stiff in the hips.

I am sure that almost all guys know they shouldn't be an entertainer aka clown. I never thought of myself as that either. I don't use funny voice, body language and facial expression. I thought I was 'witty guy'

I am not sure about his claim on laughter can kill the tension thus lower the attraction.

It struck my head because he described what I was doing exactly.

I go to the bar by myself. Obviously, I can't stand there by myself. So I find a target asap. Usually 2~3 girls. I approach them and try to put smile on their face since it's awkward if she is talking with poker face.
If I see a smile on her face, that was a green light (possible attraction too)

The thing is that,
I was approaching them to VALIDATE myself.
'I think I am a decent guy. But I need to put it to the test. If I can interact with those girls, I am good enough. If not, I have to work on it'

Who doesn't like to see solid 8.5 girl giggling in front of you? who doesn't want to tease them like a little sister and squeeze their chicks?
I also loved the attention from other people. 'wow this guy approached 3 hot blondes by himself, he is flirting with them and making them laugh' this is also part of Validation

I think there is nothing wrong if you make other people laugh.
But if your motive comes from impressing others to make yourself feel better, then you have to change it.
