Let me start by saying that i hope this is the right place to post this...if not, sorry guys

After spending 15 days in Timisoara, Romania I am definitely having fun when i go out at night but I am REALLY getting bored during the day. This has led me to staying up more and more late , to the point wherei will sleep each day after sunrise - so that when i wake up there are only a few hours to go before going out again.

Roosh, what is your daily routine like when you are staying in a Tier2 or Tier 3 city?
I mean after having done all the sightseeing etc of the first few days. If it not trouble, I would greatly appreciate a "hour-by-hour" breakdown of a typical/average day. Is it just me, does this hapen to other people as well?

Even though this question is directed to Roosh - guys, i definitely welcome your feedback if you have had similar experiences

yeah bro boredom is srs bizness and has lead to depression & shit for me if I feel bored.

You need to find things u are interested in, like hobbies. Roosh obviously does his writing/business stuff. I play music (u can pick up a semi-OK guitar for 50 bucks used anywhere in the world lol). You gotta have some passions man to focus your energies otherwise u fall into eternal ennui.

I spend way to much time on the internet an thats about it. i am down to eating one meal a day an a snickers an oreo for breakfast/lunch

Im going back to america in a few weeks, this 4 months on the road is killing me, its my own fault cause im not doing things i should be... but i just cant motivate an now its worse then ever. so its back to the USA to spend the summer at a NC beach then im making my move to south america

I live in an Islamic country and at times there isn't much to do, even at night! Here the religion and culture make it ( nearly) impossible to game locals. You have it easy my friend in Romania. What I do to keep busy is go to the gym and read when I'm bored. I actually took spanish lessons and expanded my social circle as well.

My advice if you are bored is to hit the gym, take any foreign language lesson and read or write. Writing a mate of mine told me is therapeutic for him. He says it feels like you are actually talking to someone else. If you keep busy in the day, you will feel less lethargic and your nights will be much more energized.

1. Do something active that involves locals. My favorite is joining an outdoor activities club and going hiking and shit.

2. Read.

3. Smoke weed.

4. Create. In whatever way you like. Write, paint, music, anything.

This. Activities like hiking create opportunities for day game with women that you never see in clubs, and they're a lot more open a lot of times than women in clubs too, because not many men go to these things. Yoga is another great way to day game and pull high quality women. It's a great way to get great results AND work on your skills. I don't see why a lot more men don't do it. With day game, it's much easier to distinguish yourself than it is in the clubs. Sometimes you don't have to do that much more than show up.

Last night I learned that nothing is open down here on Sudays, so I started practicing my drink making and did some writing. Most of the time I go hiking or mountain climing, workout, read the form, read cookbooks, daygame, and write. Whenever I get bored I just go for a walk, or log onto facebook so that I can see how mundane mundane really is. Seriously next time you gt bored go on there for five minutes, it will remind you how good you actually have it.

Writing books and running the blog is close to a full time job.

I go to the gym 3 times a week. I read a lot. I study foreign languages. I go out at night.

If you read my book Dead Bat, you'll see that boredom was a problem. Once you have your own hustles going, that becomes less so. Until then, either take shorter trips or work a part time job like teaching English.

Same. I easily spend about 3hrs a day just browsing online. Apart from that all I really do is eat, watch a bit of TV, go to the swimming pool and read for a bit then meet friends at night, go on a date or go out partying. I need something more productive to do and hopefully on my next trip I will have work to do as I plan to start a couple online business ventures up when I get back home. No doubt when I do have work to do I'll resent that all my time isn't my own.

I tallied up how much I was spending on internet a month out here in Thailand and it's a crazy amount of money for net access. I'm using an internet cafe because I have no laptop with me and although it seems fairly cheap by the minute when you add it up it's actually extortionate over a month.

Bored after 2 weeks is pretty quick. Is there nowhere in the city you can explore or more things to see and do? I'd suggest maybe going somewhere that interests you more next time, somewhere that you like something other than the women. Could stop you from getting bored. Also make some friends too, expats or locals. If struggling see if there's an expat forum for where you are or use couchsurfing and meetup.com.

I'm immersed in my computer for a good part of my waking hours currently, mainly due to the fact that i'm in the middle of nowhere. When i'm back in the city, less so, but it's still a lot.

As an online freelancer the internet is my sole source of income. I enjoy my main freelancing jobs that I do on the phone,as I'm not glued to my comp 100% of the time, I switch my bluetooth headset on and talk to the clients as I walk around my apartment etc. But when I'm doing my internet trading then that's bad, I'm staring at the screen so much I get headaches.

The rest of the time I go to the gym, read, cafes, dates, masturbation etc

Was thinking of English teaching for my personal development, but I don't think i'm cut out for it to be honest, plus the teenage girls would make me too horny.

I will be travelling to India in the Autumn, looking forward to that because I will be doing what I enjoy most in the world, playing golf.

The best cure to boredom is to read. Read books, read newspapers/magazines, read blogs, whatever. Just read.

Once you became addicted, actually you will think that you don't have enough time to read everything you want. And you will get a huge improvement in lots of aspects of your life.

Do what the locals do. Sit around and drink coffee and smoke cigs. Complain and make outrages claims to start arguments. Eat lunch for 2 hours and dinner for three. Get drunk twice a day. Once before lunch and again after dinner.

Short answer: Practice daygame.

Longer answer: I never leave the apartment before 11am, sometimes as late as 4pm, despite wanting to get out earlier.
Maybe I'm just really inefficient, but basic logistics seem to eat up so much time.
Online pipelining, RooshV, organising further travel and accom, taking care of some business at home, texting prospects, eating, clothes washing, S & P (scheming and plotting , etc, etc.
I never even watch tv. The only times I turn it on is to drown out the sounds from a loud girl if the walls are thin.

So far I'm only spending up to 2 weeks in each location. Still working on longer stopovers.

I use to do my online stuff (whatever they are) in internet cafes, this is nicer than to do it in your apartment and you have a chance for day game and mix with people in parallel.
If you choose a good located and reputed cafe, you can pickup some girl online more easy, just mentioned to her you sit in this place for few hours if she likes to join you.

Agree with the gym, language studying and some activity to meet people and increase you social circle.

But you should have a main goal underlying and driving your day/week.

And do some exercise ...you won't have much problem sleeping then.

Not doing anything day after day is draining in itself!

Take two pages of a journal spread out. On the left side, write out a list of goals. On the right page, write a list of daily habits you need to achieve those goals. Then implement those habits one by one.

Take out another page each day, and keep track of how you use your time every hour. If you spent an hour whacking off or spacing out, write that down. If you spent it learning a foreign language or macking on chicks during the day write that down. When you start seeing how you use your time, then get clear on your goals, and the habits you need to get there, you will start making corrections. Become very conscious of where you are, and where you want to be.
