So what's the Next Step after the "can I use your bathroom"

OK, so u get in her apt, take a leak, get out of the bathroom and...do you go a) caveman physically and escalate like hell & pin her against the wall, b) do you whisper a direct comment such as "your hair smells so good it turns me on so much", or c) do u do something else?

What has been ur experience in taking it to the next level once u get inside? I imagine the girl is in somewhat shock for u being able to penetrate her barrier so easily, so what do you do next?
