I know a lot of betas and when I discover something amazing that works well for me I have to share it. So imagine my surprise when most guys I try to help and who cry about women ruining their lives rebuff me for telling them to learn game. Instead they start getting all pissed and go back to their little circle jerk with other betas like them all crying about how women treat them bad and how looks are everything. I tell them look at me I'm not every attractive and I'm no ladies man but women are actually flirting with me for the first time in my life. Still they just ignore it.

They love excuses, "oh yea I can't afford books" oh really then why can you afford every new computer game released and an endless supply of comics? "I have more fun doing things I like" if it's so fun then why do you keep whining about rejection? "Women would just get mad if you treat them like that". Even the good looking guys(no homo) who have 0 game will still believe they are ugly and the only reason they can't get girls is because of looks. The best part is when they call me pathetic for reading game material when all they can do is to flock to girls to hear all the girls problems and boring stories. Actually the last part is great, they get to hear the girl's go nowhere bullshit and I get to game the girl after and show her how much more of a man I am.

I think I'm just going to ignore their attention-whoring and change the subject from now on. They don't want my advice they just want a shoulder to cry on and to bitch and moan with. I've moved past all that shit and they haven't.

You guys ever encounter this shit? It's not even envy like Roosh said it's more like a general laziness and cowardice. It's almost like they want to keep doing the same shit they do now until a girl digs her claws in em.

they have to find it on their own time. you are having the same reaction as many people do when learning a new skill. the same happened to me when i dropped a lot of weight. i wanted to show everyone how easy it can be.

you are right to want to help, but rather than speak overtly and give unsolicited advice just let any of them who want advice come to you. unsolicited advice is rarely well received, even if it is well meaning, correct and justified. just be quietly successful. people who are ready to learn from you will seek you out.

it hurts to watch friends fail and be miserable while you have the answer. get used to it, its something that everyone aggressive about self improvement experiences frequently.

There a lot of threads about how futile and frustrating it is to try to teach betas about game. I myself have said several times that not only will they not learn, they will resent you, and harm your own game. Don't bother. Let them come to you. And even when a guy comes to you, refuse to help him, until he begs you to help him, and promises never to question you. Tell them you will drop them if they break any of the cardinal rules. I'm not even kidding.

It's like the Karate Kid. Make them fucking work for it.

Yep I don't tell any guys I know about it. The process went like this before I stopped.

1. Dude bitches about women. I tell him to quit giving a fuck.
2. He rants so more about a specific girl, its always about a specific girl
3. I breakdown where I see him going wrong and why
4. He has a couple "lightbulb" moments and asks more
5. I give him a few resources
6. He is beyond exited for a couple weeks
7. He doesn't get laid in his first ten approaches
8. He then turns anti-game, and begins attacking me saying that it is creepy, slimy, and only intends to hurt women
9. He gains +1000 White Knight levels because now he can talk about the tactics "players" use and how evil it is when conversing with his one-itis
10. He continues to bitch about women

I realized the more guys I lent my hand out to help, the more Uber White Knights I created.

I lived with two guys at one point.

I told them both about game. One of them became a super-player and is now a lot better than me, frankly.
One of them became a cockblocking thorn in my side for the rest of the time I lived with him.

My advice; be very careful who you tell about this stuff. In fact, think of it in terms of wealth: Do the super wealthy share their money with everyone? No, they keep it in a close circle, giving it to their lineage and people who will help them out and pass the same stuff down to their own lineage, who will do the same. This way, wealth is concentrated between a few bro's families for centuries.

Same with game. Give people the red pill only if you think they'll help you out in the future, even to the extent that you think that they'll teach their kids to help your kids.

I've had similar things happen. One guy flat out refuted all evolutionary psychology with the line "we aren't homo sapiens anymore, we're more evolved because we're civilised."

There's no helping these people. As for everyone else, you have to wait for them to come to you because you can't force feed the red pill.

Even now if a guy asks me for advice I try and deter them by saying how they won't like it. I only help the ones who persist.

Western culture pretty much ruins men from childhood. I've had friends straight up tell me "I'm not interested in picking up girls." This was when I was first looking for people to morally support me when I decided to take the pill. I realise now that game is not a team sport. It's kind of like Soccer/Football in non-European countries. Some people still like it and play it, but most people will make fun of it, or call it a pussy sport, even though it's one of the toughest sports to compete at the top level in.

A lot of people just straight up can't even comprehend the concept of regular guys casually gaming women. I have a couple of my friends trying to organise a night out that they've been talking about. Both now have (fat) girlfriends, and want to "hook a brother up." (ie; bring me down to their level) One of them seems to think that flashing money around, then randomly pushing me forcefully into groups of women makes him a good wingman (a while back I returned the favour with my fist in his face - he still thinks it's a good move), and the other used to pull a bit of pussy, but these days refuses to do anything until he's so drunk that he can't function as a normal human - which, needless to say, does not result in him, or the friends (me) who inevitably end up trying to get the dude home, getting laid. They both have egos that could be used to transform these guys into solid gamers, and they have social status and money to boot, but I suspect that trying to show either of these 2 any game concepts is just totally useless - they just wouldn't accept it. They both think that finding a girl to eventually make your girlfriend, and perhaps wifem is the objective of going out and getting drunk.

I think the biggest problem is that most men don't get any first hand experience with game working, and fall prey to the teachings of feminist culture. I personally realised some of the key concepts myself when my housemate brought some female friends around and I treated them like shit, and like I was the boss, and just didn't give a fuck about them. They took to me like fat kids to cake. At this point I started to realise that maybe picking up girls isn't as hard as I thought... Then I got stuck in a typical beta relationship, which pretty much ruined me temporarily and turned me into a useless piece of shit in pretty much all aspects of my life. Not long after it ended, I somehow managed to come across this forum as a result of my language studies. Since I already had experience with some of these concepts working, I realised that applying them regularly, along with a certain mindset, would make pulling quality women far easier. For someone like me, who has unwittingly experienced the raw power of game first hand, I could see it for what it really was - being an alpha male. For someone brought up on the principles preached by feminist (western) culture, they just see a bunch of guys that are "taking advantage of women." Of course this isn't what game is about, but from an outsider's perspective, without any first hand experience, it's obvious why a lot of men straight up reject the principles of gaming women without a second thought.

I suspect a lot of the guys on this forum either unwittingly experienced the power of game like I did and were ready to accept it, or at least had the right kind of male role models during their childhood, showing them that it worked on a regular basis. Of course, there's always those who take a different path, but I suspect those are the 2 key factors in determining who is and isn't ready for the pill.

Hope this essay post provides a little food for thought.

Second what Tuthmosis said. Don't discuss game with your beta friends. They will just try to sabotage you and bring you down to their level.

They secretly want you to fail and are jealous of your success because they don't have the balls, persistence and insight in getting good at this shit. Fuck them.

Make them fucking beg and beg some more, people get treated from the way they behave. Act like a bitch get treated like one.

It's been said here before many times, you really need to ditch guys like that.

If you find a guy who's got good game, is cool and will be down for you whatever then you need to hang onto that friend. These types of guys are few and far between, the vast majority of men in Western society fall into the White Knight/Beta category unfortunately.

Yup. In my experience it's nice to have good friends - who you trust- to bounce ideas off of. I think the best way to introduce a trusted friend to these tactics is to demonstrate.

For example, narrate the scene you're in to your friend; point out body language, positioning of people, women's demeanor, and men fronting. Predict behaviors. Help your friend understand what its like to be "in front" of the game, rather than constantly reacting like every other dude.

Then "Call the shot" to your friend like Babe Ruth pointing to right field, and pull it off. Say "watch this" then talk to gals next to you, then debrief with your pal on performance. Tell him how you're going to do it before hand. Say "watch this" then tell the gay restaurant manager you like his suit, talk at the bar, then invite some other girls into your "non threatening" conversation. At some point any cool dude will wonder how you did it- if they don't they're unambitious losers and you should probably forget it.

Yep same thing with a lot of the slamming college females. Lost a good majority of the hots ones after high school, the few that made it through didn't make it more than a couple years after college, the few that remain will probably remain slamming until age does them in.

A lot of people I talk to think high school and college are the golden years, what a depressing statement that is.

Thats why I tell these younger cats (younger than me that is), that there is absolutely no rush in learning game. Master the basics first when your young, then go after the advanced stuff later on. Slow is smooth, smooth is fast.

I've run into a related problem: even guys with some knowledge and acceptance of game are problematic. I've met a couple of guys who detected that I have game, confronted me about possibly "knowing about The Game" (capitals intentional), and tried to improve their elementary game at my expense.

Both situations were nearly identical. They saw enough of my abilities on display (one at some social events we had in common and another at a live-music venue), and knew enough about game to recognize that I knew something they didn't. Despite my firm denial that I knew what I was doing, they insisted on "going out" together to "wing" me, a service provided in exchange for getting to pick up some stuff from me. I indirectly quizzed them on their game knowledge, and they (unprovoked) came clean about "studying" and "working on it for a while." They name-dropped community names (mainly mainstream shit like Mystery and Durden), but I still feigned ignorance.

Against my better judgment, I caved and basically had to babysit a couple of newbs for a night. They sucked massively at winging and inadvertently cockblocked me pretty much every time. What's more, whenever we talked about game they contradicted and nay-sayed my field-tested insights with some keyboard-jockeying shit they read the week before. I knew I was in trouble when one of the guys started dropping early 2000s PUA slang left and right. "I'm going to try to #close that two-set over there." Yikes.

Lesson learned.

This is so true and I had to learn it the hard way.

Lately I became frustrated with my beta friends and their fatalistic mentality. I realized they don't want to understand and learn, because like most people they rather blame something else for their failure than analyzing the situation and putting in effort. IMHO (beta) men have about the same hamster wheels like women, rationalizing their failure and why they shouldn't improve themselves!

Also this is currently the #1 thing holding me back from more success. It happened a couple of times that a buddy cockblocked me unintentionally or even because of envy (I suppose). Even worse I've been accused being a comrade-fucker because I spent the whole night gaming a girl rather than spending time with a buddy.

I still can't put myself up with going out dolo, I'd rather have 1-2 wings that have some game knowledge. But unfortunately (at least in this context) game isn't very well-known in Switzerland.

I'm still finding it difficult to get into the happy/social mood when alone at night. I want a friend who's around about the same level as me, that has a bit of knowledge about gaming, and respect for the unspoken bro codes (eg, first to a group can take first pick initially, etc..) to take with. I'm fine when I start off with friends and break off to pursue some tail, but going a whole night alone is harder. Looks like I'm probably just going to have to man up and start riding proper dolo.

Well to be honest, I think its definitely a mental thing-in the matter that they are afraid of taking the red pill. If they actually started learning things or how to get better, they might realize all the things they've been missing or could have done - ultimately that they can take a lot more control of their situations and what not but that there will be hard times and there will be pain along the way. They are scared of that I think more so than anything. They are scared of what they could become, as well as maybe just scared to look themselves in the mirror.
