Well I lasted from Monday morning-Thursday evening.

I’m at the point that while it’s hard for me to last more than 3-4 days (especially since I have 0 plates at the moment - I could go up to 2 weeks when I was getting regular sex), I cannot deny that I feel considerably better the further away from my most recent fap I get.

Don't get me wrong - there are two pump nights. There's a ton of variables, and it's pretty unpredictable at this point.

Starting over again. It's what must be done. I will be doing both NP/NF, but I'm more interested in the No Porn aspect. I have to heal this porn addiction sickness. 4+ years in this forum and my game is still weak. That's due to many factors but porn plays a large part.

NP/NF is a great tool, but it's just that.

In order to improve your game you need to have a plan in place. Roosh 100 Approaches, GLL Approach Anxiety, whatever program gets you there.

The key is to identify your triggers and move away from them, consciously. Easier said then done, but that's why this thread is 139 pages.

In the meantime, I highly recommend some kind of porn blocker on your computer. My favorite is Self-Control for Mac, because it allows you to block porn sites and "other" sites that might trigger you, like reddit or twitter.
