Just finished 90 Days.

I feel good, find myself looking at hotties a lot more frequent.

Only time I came was twice from a ONS stand deal and 3 times from nocturnal emission.

I was experiencing flatline hardcore for the first two months.

- Stress from knowing if I didn't bang that night I'd have to wait days until I could ejaculate again; if I didn't have a girl lined up, it would be days until I could try again due to my schedule
- Quick ejaculation during sex
- Minor incidents when I couldn't enjoy the moment when going out with friends because I was so focused on approaching (friends noticed too)

Good or bad? Don't know:
- Criteria for sex changed. If I see a girl that passes the boner test, I'm in
- For some reason, I seem to be more attracted to girls with good bodies than good faces (I'd always been more of a face guy)
- Body wise, I've been more attracted to voluptous girls than skinnier girls (again, always been more attracted to skinnier girls)

All in all a very positive experience.

I plan on giving it a break to see how going back to fapping will affect me, but to all nofappers out there make no mistake - you are absolutely going the right way.

The main loss was an intense spiritual connection I had developed. I'm just now starting to get glimpses of it again after ~3 weeks after my "relapse," if you will.

Sounds weird but as soon as I "fapped" again, the strong spiritual connection disappeared. And I can't help but think of it as punishment for my unfaithfulness../lack of discipline and giving in rather than taking the harder road.

Im back on nofap, it was day 2 yesterday hard mode and I had some powerful dreams which I cannot remember. Funny you should mention this. I was discussing this with my current girl, and she says she feels better if she abstains. She'd been celibate for over a year before getting with me so has practised this in 'hard mode' too.

I decided to give this another go since last Saturday and I feel great. I had a game of golf with co-workers for a tournaement for work and I feel relaxed. I'd like to go to day 10. As I mentioned, I was able to not do it for 45 days 2 years ago.

After undergoing a few cycles of nofap - fap -nofap, reaching a max of 90 days, I can say there is noticeable differences.

The main thing for me is that I feel more grounded and calmer. Voice gets slower and deeper and its easier to make eye contact with people. After a few days of porn and fap, im going back on nofap and aiming for another 90 days.

The fact is unless you're injecting steroids in your bloodstream, the average folk is on a testosterone budget.
