Boring Sundays like today are the worst time for me.

Now I have some questions as the benefits I can have with no fap. I do it once or twice a week. If I'm banging away good then sometimes I'll go 2-3 weeks no fap.

I don't suffer from a lack of energy.
No issues with getting hard or staying hard.
ALWAYS wake up with morning wood.
My testosterone and sex drive are very high.

The only negative I have to not fapping is I get real on edge after about 3-4 days without busting a nut.

Did PMO twice 2 days ago while on modafinil. Ive been feeling completely drained after that.
