I basically just used willpower of no masturbation, looked back on the times it made me feel weak physically and mentally.

Another rough day. I'm on my highschool town for the vacations and I have no girls here; also, the plans I had were cancelled. I can't play the guitar no more and I'm tired of reading so...I'm just passing the time thinking about what I want to achieve until the summer. This is keeping me occupied, I downloaded some books I want to read...watched some Todd's advice, listened to Roosh podcast... a chill day, but a rough day nonetheless due to too much free time and being alone in the house. I know I will make it though, the benefits are worth it and I'm close to the 90 day mark.

@Jay Gatz, you can do it man, just keep yourself occupied. This is the number 1 advice I could give, keep yourself occupied, preferably with things that make you improve!

Morning erections (morning wood) upon waking up are a good sign that your body is healing. This is the way it should be for most men.
Generally guys who fap and/or watch porn never have them anymore (or only very rarely).

Try to get out of bed as soon as possible when this happens.

But I guess it's something that I stopped before going over the edge, and will try to cut that out completely in future.

Reboot lasts a minimum of 90 days, during which you will go through a depressive non sexy flatline period.

OK, I have now lasted a week.
I would say my mood and energy levels have not changed much so far. But I will say that I have been thinking a lot more of women. And that has perhaps taken a bit away from my focus, but nothing too bad.
