It's a good question and I can tell you there is not definitive answer on this one yet. Some people say you lose them, others say they come back quicker.

The only way to test this is to fuck girls but not ejaculate at all. Google a technique called "karezza" (also called "Coitus reservatus") for more info. Not easy to do, so only for guys with very serious self control.

I'm pretty sure that forgetting about all this shit is the key to nofap.

Stop counting days you're on nofap. All it does is put pressure on yourself.

Here are the keys.

- Forget about it. You don't masturbate anymore. You only get off when you fuck women.

- Benefits are whatever, focus on what you need to get done ie: job, money, lifestyle, etc. Benefits will manifest automatically.

- Stop worrying about picking up or getting women. When you don't give a fuck, and stop worrying what other people think, women get attracted.

- Worry about triggers. Triggers for me include: day after a bang with a new girl, hangovers, and boredom. When you realize what gets you jerking off, you can easily move on to other things.

- Be as social as possible. You WILL attract good looking women on nofap, and the reason being that you become much more primal and aggressive and you stop giving a fuck.

I'm a believer in what objectively works. NOFAP works if you see the underlying reasons why. Here they are, and here are why so many people suggest different things.

1. You become incredibly horny.
2. You become very bold.
3. You take chances you normally wouldn't.

You will get laid with nofap if you go out and be yourself. Be weird, be nerdy, be fucking strange, it doesn't matter. You can't literally do anything you want to do, and if it's authentic will most likely attract at worst a few decent looking women.

Listen to advice in this thread, but just DO IT, and enjoy life way more. NOFAP is very beneficial. Posting things like "Day 2, Day 6, Day 14, etc" will only keep you focused on jacking your meat. Forget about masturbating, it isn't part of your life anymore, and go live it Fap free. Trust me, you'll thank me later on in life.

Installed K9 just in case i get the urge but so far so good.

Also i assume my testosterone in pretty low at the moment gonna work on that.

I also started to believe this after analyzing the dreams I was having, especially on this attempt (two weeks in now). Quitting smoking was a walk in the park compared to this.

I'm on day 45 of noporn still jerkin' it, abstaining from that comes later, perhaps when I've hit 90 days of noporn. Overall I feel as though my mood is elevated and overall more even keeled. I noticed right around 15 days in that my dreams were more vivid, including the first time I ever remember a dream that was completely in black and white. The past few days I've also had some rather dark dreams like other posters here have mentioned. Since my birthday is in Feb. I figured that would be the best present I could give myself. Anyways will report back when I hit 90 days.

Edit: I also did a month moratorium on facebook during Feb. I didn't miss at all.
