Well I laspsed. I did 62 days. It was mainly out of boredom, and I just wasn't feeling naturally horny anymore. I'm gonna see how I am when I am fapping again, see if my libido raises or stays the same.

No bangs. Got close once to getting lay but had hard LMR.

The longest I've ever gone before this is a week. As I wrote when I first started I used to only jerk off on Sundays if I didn't get a lay that weekend.

I haven't had sex since summer. The 62 days was no fap. I don't have S.A.D. I just work graveyard shift. It's even more difficult trying to pull tail.

I did have some spells of depression, but I'm coming out of it. For me it's ebb and flow. When I get tail, I get lots of it, but when it stops, well I bet you get the idea.

I am more for less fap than no fap. I want to cut down from everyday to once every three days.

Where do you normally fap? Bed, shower, in front of computer? If I make it a rule to not fap in the bed I will cut down my fap by fifty percent.

A gradual (but consistent) reduction in fapping can help many men more than an immediate full stop, but to do this effectively you need to keep a record or diary of every single time you do it.

This way you will know if you are making progress or not.

Once you know your weekly and monthly numbers you have to work hard to reduce them more and more, until you eventually and hopefully never fap again.

I would only reccomend this method if you have already tried everything else many times (including blocking porn on all devices) but keep failing.

It has been 3 full weeks now. it is getting really harder these last couple of days because I started going to the National Library to study for my exams, as it has great conditions for it and is close to the student's cafeteria. Of course I'm not the only one with this idea, and there are a lot of girls who are way too dressed and made up for the occasion. Still soldiering on though.

Been no porn since Jan 1st. Think it has definitely made a big difference, one thing I've noticed as a slight downside is because of increased desire to get bangs, I keep saying something that comes across as 'creepy' just as I'm getting close to getting in a girls pants haha.

Still usually end up banging but, think a few have been put off me via text game.

It starts with Day 1. Check in on this thread for each successful day if you find it helps give you accountability. I also keep track on my phone using an app called Habit Tracker. Setup porn filters to also block you from temptation. Welcome to the community!

Self-mastery. That's my biggest improvement since 1 month on NoFap. While around the 2 week mark my standards went down to 6, it now went up to 7.5s min. as a cut-off. Even though nowadays a 6 can get me hard I pass on most of them. It's a bit contradictory to be more hungry and still reject everything below the 7.5 mark but it feels right at this stage. One reason could also be that my pipeline is of a much higher quality because of improved game and more approaches, so I don't bother about average quality.

Also business wise I seem at a high point, calm but very focussed on the end goal. I do a lot of high level negotiating for my business and have in the last weeks closed some of the best deals I've ever made by using some very polarised strategies, same as in my approaches.

NoFap is real guys. Just try it, you have absolutely nothing to lose, NOTHING!

Checking back in, about 40 days no porn right now with Xmas being the last day. Had about 5 solid months until I relapsed in November. Looking to make it a year.

Honestly, I don't notice any crazy differences with an increased sex drive or anything. I do it because porn is addictive and avoiding it makes me feel in control of myself and my life.

I've tried many thing including meditation but I always relapsed. Now I'm doing the only thing I have never done before, praying to God everyday and I don't have strong urge to fap anymore, the belief that you are always in the watchful presence of a benevolent being is very liberating and empowering, to say the least.
