Maybe what I wrote was misunderstood...I'm not at all surprised that a healthy man in today's day and age can go for more than a year without sex. We even have a thread elsewhere on this forum about our longest dry spells.

But to go without sex AND without fapping at all for such a long time is really rare if you have normal testosterone levels.

If you're starting a job, this can happen very easily. I remember the last three times I started a position where I came home by 630pm, ate dinner and then went to bed. It took me about two months before I was finally "not tired" and could have enough desire to wank it.

Well, that explains it. I've only frapped once in the past week and have noticed more intense dreams since I began this period of no-frap.
The reason I frapped once was to see if the absence made the tool grow fondle. Can't really say it made much of a difference.
I credit the absence this time to the "Self Authoring" psych test which you can do online. It was fourteen hours of insane journaling, but in the end I came out with a better appreciation of where I wanted to go.

Any programs that would make it all easier? Have been clean for about a year but started to get back a bit after I bought new laptop.

What really helped me is K9 Web Protection, I blocked porn sites, made account on burner mail and forgot password for the mail and for the program so I am safe there but sometimes I wander off to the pirates bay and stuff.

Using this method means you don't have to install additional software on a per-device level (tablet, cell phone, computer, etc.).

It doesn't hurt to also use it as a fail-safe if you feel tempted to disable your other blockers.

Cut it out all just before Christmas, though in December was reducing exposure day by day. No Porn, no fap, no thinking about sex/day-dreaming, no looking at hot girls anywhere else apart in the real life and if opportunity presents itself, I approach. The only way is the real way. Tried no fap when the hype first started. It was ok but over rated. There comes a point of diminishing returns and the whole thing morphs into a use it or lose it scenario. The longer you go without blowing the more your sex drive fades and gets replaced by other things in life.

It might be different for everyone but for me two weeks is ideal between blows. I lose some confidence/swagger the following day or two after blowing (sex or jacking it) and by the end of week one, I get the mojo back. Week two I'm full of power, confidence and ready to bang. Nearing the end of week two is the peak period. But by week four, the mojo starts fading.

Haven't posted in a while. But it's been about a month and half with no nut. Had my first ever wet dream at the month and a week mark. Funny thing is I don't recall having a dream at all. Just woke up sticky. Now I can't sleep nude anymore.
