It's funny you say that, last night at work I had a brief thought about that. Lately I've had a surge in matches and initially thought it was because it's cuffing season and these girls are just looking to settle for the winter. Found a couple of pretty drastic ways for blocking out "mature content" from your iphone, maybe you already knew but check it out.

Yuge Warning: don't be in a emotional state when you do this, consider the ups and downs of this method, then decide if you are gonna go for it or not.

Method one: go to settings -> general -> restrictions. give your phone to one of your mates and tell him to put a random pin for you, murder your mate tell him to forget or never tell you the number. scroll down to "websites" and check "limit adult content".

pros:

1. pornographic websites will be permanently blocked from your phone, and there is no way around it.
2. you will still have access to this forum, youtube and what have you.
   

cons:

1. you will still have access to this forum, youtube and other potentially triggering websites.
2. you won't be able to factory reset your phone anymore.
   

Now onto method #2, this is harsher but does a good job.
Download k9 browser from the appstore, then do the same thing written in method #1 plus -> disable "safari" and "installing apps".
[disabling "installing apps" will prevent you from installing other browsers like opera, chrome thus bypassing our stricter k9 browser]
you may also want to delete bad apps like instagram, facebook... and blacklist websites like reddit. this is all personal, you have to be honest with yourself and choose the websites you want to avoid.

pros:

1. pornographic websites will be permanently blocked from your phone, and there is no way around it.
2. Many other distracting websites will be blocked -> less time wasted
   

cons:

1. your iphone says goodbye to rvf.
2. you won't be able to factory reset your phone anymore.
3. you won't be able to install any other app, ever.
   

ps1: if you want to block porn, doing so only on your iphone won't get the job done. unfortunately, if you have a laptop or a smartv things get harder. however here are some advices off the top of my head.

• do you really need a smartv? if you can, sell it for an older model, or buy a big monitor.
• if you have a laptop, you can easily remove the wifi module and use a usb one. this way you will be much more in control of your internet usage.(you can leave the wifi at work, in a gym locker...)
  same thing with a pc. mac users u are screwd lolz idk.
  

Again think twice about it, test the methods using a pin you remember, make a list of the websites you want blocked and then make a decision. once you do it there is no going back.

It's not tinder itself...it's ALL social media (including all online dating) which is like porn for women.

2 week log:

Lifestyle: I've noticed slight improvement in my daily life now. I've been starting to feel more upbeat and energenic. Yesterday I was awake for 24 hours that included gym, my regular job and a side job. I know it's good to get your rest but when you gotta make shit happen, you get on it. From the many posts on other NoFap forum websites and the "Your Brain on Porn" website, flatlines in sexual libido when doing NoFap can last anywhere from 1 week all the way to 2 months.
A lot has to do with your age and how many years you having been fapping to porn.

Apparently the many experiences posted there suggests that older guys, who were teenagers before endless video internet porn existed have a better time recovering.

i don't think science is going to help much here. but it's true and i've observed this too. your energy field becomes much weaker/smaller as a lot of 'chi' gets diverted to cranking out new seeds again. power is diverted from shields to fix the engine or some analogy to that effect. if you think of illnesses as things that invade your space, they can get in and stay in that much easier when your shield isn't at full power.
