A good way to monitor your progress is to record your voice saying the same exact same phrase or sentence every day, or every 3 to 5 days so you can see if has gotten deeper or not.

To be honest, no. I had a wet dream (and I'm only doing a reduced version of NoFap, I'm doing NoPorn and only fap at a maximum of once every 10 days) and I felt completely normal after, none of the energy-sapping effects of a proper fap.

I didn't watch porn since september except slipping 1 time two weeks ago. No fap is more challenging. I'm usually slipping after a week. But I have a major problem. I've tried NF and NP before and it was extremely challenging. I'm starting today as Day1 and this time I'm serious.

I can go for months without porn, but the NF is more challenging even while getting laid regularly.

As an aside, not sure if this has been mentioned, but an excellent Mozilla Add-on is leechblock. It's great for productivity and cutting out time wasting sites, and in this case you can block every porn site you know.

Fuck fuck fuck yesterday was day 20 of noporn for me. Sat on the couch, started rationalizing, just one picture it's no big deal... One thing led to another and I spent the night watching porn, I jerked off 5 times. Now I feel weak, tired and disgusted...

I am on a game hiatus right now because I want to focus on other things but man it's so frustrating.
