Been over a week right now. Have not noticed many changes besides an increased libido at times. I suppose I should look forward to potential voice and facial expression faces according to what I've read here and in other places. Though as I said before I wouldn't say I have physical problems, it's more about stopping the porn viewing since it's unnatural and screws you brain up. Not too worried about the fap issue though I'll also try to keep the streak on.

Well looks like I'm going to be officially in on this, starting tomorrow (going to have a nice last porn video this evening before my abstinence).

I'm doing the full no-porn, and limiting fapping to no more than once a week. If I don't fap for around 10 days I will ejaculate involuntarily in my sleep, which is never nice.

How do you guys deal with hangovers?

When I'm hungover and nursing that shit off, its very taxing to abstain. Your testosterone rebuilds when your hungover to repair the body so the surge creates the "sunday afternoon horny" affect.

Any tips?

Anytime I relapse it's when I'm hungover. I don't have any solution for it though unfortunately.

During nofap abstain from alcohol completely or have it in moderation.

No fap has worked wonders for me.

Before No Fap, I was on a 2.5 month slump.

1.5 weeks after starting, I broke the slump. Got laid with a new chick a few days later.

Feels like my animal instincts/sex drive are coming back more and more on a daily basis.

I used to think it was stupid but I'm a believer, now.

Day 24.

Emotions have been level for a couple days.

Trying to push my productivity gains further. Set up my router with restrictions so that I can't get to the forum during a long block during the day, as well as a few other places where I'm not producing anything.

Changing my other routines to make casual approaching after work more likely.

This is also a good sign that you are doing the right thing. The "brain fog" in your mind is starting to clear.

Day 7-10 picture (not really familiar with DB characters) really describes me. I seem to be more clear in head like I would in beginning of meditative stage during Vipassana.

Also here is possibly interesting take on cumming from esoteric / occult stance. In East they strongly discouraged monks on having sex. Not because sex is wrong (or sinful) but because of cumming. Too HIGH ENERGY to sleep right now.
