I actually lost 6 points. Do i care ? no, i don't. i was already used to the no rep situation.

I made ONE fucking comment about feeling under repped months ago for dropping data sheets and useful info whilst others were getting rep points for posting pictures of hot girls or making a joke and you guys are STILL constantly bitching about it.

There are many members I should give a rep point and I haven't.

However the reason for this is that its basically not necessary, since these members are already solid contributors and part of the community, and everyone knows that. Giving a rep point to them would just be a nice gesture from me.

Pouting and arrogance should not be rewarded with negative attention. If Mixx left due to hurt feelings over power it shows weakness in an important part of his game... One should be involved here because one wants to and enjoys it, if people leave to "punish" the forum by withholding their "brilliance" then it demonstrates their emotional immaturity and disrespect for the forum. I disagree with all forms of micromanagement this includes systems of punishment, reward, threats and sanctions.
